@TraustiGeir - As much as I prefer a 1970 car chase to anything current, the most fantastic car chase work I've seen of the modern cinema is in John Frankenheimer's Ronin. Absolutely spectacular.
@TraustiGeir - Amen! I must confess to having my doubts about the Ronin chases before seeing them, but I was dead wrong. No artsy shakycam, no quick cuts - just riveting action, long cuts, and perfect framing of each shot.
Then again, I shouldn't have been too worried about a film directed by the same gentleman who was responsible for "The Train."
The Way He Manages To Flip The Car Round To The Opposite Side So The Merc Goes Into The Wall Is MADNESS!! Annihilation!!!!!!!

Absolutely lousy filmography for a very well thought out chase - and folks say Ultimatum has a bad case of Queasycam.

@cudak888 I thought it was great, one of the best chase scenes I've seen.

@cudak888 Now that's where I agree with you 100%! Two chases, great actors and awesome cars.
