Marshallcomputer is right around 0:33-0:35 somebody screams, "Rob, Kristen wants you!" and Kristen hears so hear eyes go up in shock but Rob didnt hear he just happened to put his head down

Look at Kristen and Rob at the end, someone screams "Rob!!! Kristen wants you!!!" so Kristen makes this really weird and looks at Rob who puts his head down and blushes, probably cause the comment made him nervous or cause its true. Its hard to hear it you have to listen very closely. - Margaret B.

The question was "what attracted you to the role [of Edward]?" and Rob is trying to answer the question, but everyone's screaming too loud for him to concentrate. Right before this he says:
"I don't know, I guess I like, um, you know, you generally don't get a vampire (lots of screaming)... geez, I can't even concentrate. I just wanted to play the hottest vampire in the world. WOO!"
and then he finishes with "he's fantastical too. And that, and he dazzles her."

before this panel was the the cast of PUSH with chris evans (the guy who played the human torch in fantastic four) and chris said something about being "fantastical" and everyone laughed, so that's why the girl the audience said that. I just remembered that! ahahah oh man it was a long day.
