I used to think core exercises were for pussies too... until I went to physical therapy for my should injury.... boy I was vibrating from head to foot in 30mins with simple exercises... the key was slow controlled movement started making you use stabilizing muscles you don't use when lifting....
haha, fuck me! your kiding right, ive done this, and i lift, you can get the same resolts and a more musculer look, its a waist of time i burn more having sex or even just masterbating than this kind of workout, the harder you work the harder your bodies working, your surposed to do slow controlled movements when lifting or you could injer yourself
NO, if you excersize like you need to. These basic excersizes are not needed. If you kick a bag, or swim daily, these excersizes are worthless. Why do this when you kick a bag at full power utilizing both sides? By the way, power training is the remedy for teaching core strength and balance. Powerlifting uses balance and core in every motion. What is your definition of power training? Clean and jerk, squat jumps etc.... These both work your body equally on both sides for proper core development.
