True I can squat much more but for bicep curls I use 10-12 lbs and do 20 reps (3 sets of course) which is why we used the lighter weight. I could probably do 15 lbs actually for this.

That is a squat, not a dead lift. dead lift works glutes and lower back. squats work quads. (I am an athletic training/exercise science student).

only way to get abs is diet. cut out the bad fats , refined carbs, and salts. and eat smaller portions with more vegetables and lean proteins.
