I see you are using Quartz there, how do you make the dot timer bars separate from the cast bar? Your cast bar is in the middle, but the timers are on the left.

I don't use DoTimer, I use ClassTimer and set the position next to my unit frame ;)

That's called "Power Aura" I use it to show certain auras triggered by stuff like trinket procs, etc.

great vid, how much avg. dps do you pull during 25man raids? Also, is it true that for shadow to do good dps you have to have good gear? So did you do same dps as everyone else in heroic/10man naxx gear?

Depends on boss fight really... I suck at Ignis (around 3.5k to 4k dps only) but do well on Hodir (hit 10k dps once) and yeah I guess it's gear dependent too. Equal gear and skill pure DPS classes slightly beat me on fights that don't require moving around.

I dunno man, but SPriests who memorize and spam "rotations" are usually the ones who can't even make top 5.

Knowing your priorities, however, is knowing which spell on which target will give you the most DPS during that specific second...

unless you're just attacking a target dummy or stationary patchwerk style fights where a rotation might work.
