The fight is actually quite simple. Tank needs to maintain aggro, and when he casts nova, everone run down the set of steps. Tank then continues to maintain aggro there. Next time he Nova's, back up the steps and back to tanking. Just keep funning back and forth, pretty simple. Just keep your healers about 20 yards away so they dont take damage.
