@maccajoe Yea that's what I was getting at. It's not structured like competitive gymnastics would be, not that that is a bad thing. But in most sports it doesn't count as a landing (at least not a good landing) if you put your hands down. I'm not berating the guy, it's a pretty crazy stunt I was just referring to whether or not that still "counts" as a double. It appears that it does.

@HubFreerunning I disliked this, and here's why:

It's not about the complexity of the move, it's about how you do that! Doing double sideflip is not big problem, but doing it perfect is. You landed on your heels, and fell on your arms afterwards, which could have resulted in some serious injuries (you were lucky). I just think you shouldn't risk like that if you didn't perfect the move in safe environment first.

No hate here, just my opinion ;)

P.S. landing at 0:09 amazes me even more xD

@StrongRun from the look of it, it looks like he used the twixtor plugin for adobe after affects.... it basically takes a 60fps flip and creates new frames in between each of them predicting what should be there in between. the created frames offer slower motion
