Yes, this is the same Kenshin that is in the Rurouni Kenshin series. Tomoe was his wife. Killing her was what caused him to make his vow never to kill again. The video also shows how he got part of his scar. There are three Samurai X movies. 2 OVAs that take place before the series and one that takes place after. Also, the translations in this video are WAY off from the movie.
actually none of the clips are flash backs. flash backs are when a character in the present remembers the past where as "samurai X" is an ova of "rurouni kenshin"depicting his life before, during, and after "R.K."a completely different show entirely
