the caption of the video refers to gurunath as an avatar which means manifestation of the divine into the flesh..but hasnt guru ji attained enlightenment through self practice and effort rather..which would make him an avadhoot, which is evolution of the human into the divine ?

@theoneness99 Gurunath was born an Avatar, which is the involution of the Divine into the human. All His lengthy tapas and intense meditation has been for burning our karma and not His, since He arrived without any personal karma of His own.

Only WOMAN avatar BORN in the twentieth century. He has mentioned this more clearly in his book WINGS TO FREEDOM where he states Anandmayi Maa as the only woman avatar of 20th century. Masters like him are too humble to admit a lot of things anyway.
