They developed cars that could drive 200 miles on 2 gallons of gasoline in the 1950's....no surprise here but Shell bought the patent out and put it in the archives...they want you to buy gasoline...they'll pay anything to keep it that way.

The issue isn't the number of people that need energy. The issue is the efficiency of energy usage.

Funding for more efficient solar batteries and panels would be far more effective than funding for trying to find more oil and gas. We don't need to find the sun. We just need to find more efficient ways to harness its power.

This is great, we are not aloud to drill for oil in a struggling time because of some tree-hugging environmentalists that want to save some polar bears. Civil rights are turning into animal rights. Actually, I support my mother in a high lifestyle derived from my work as a "consultant" to landowners stifled by project restrictions and zoning laws.

It's going to go up EVENTUALLY. Even if we had 1 trillion gallons of oil fall from the sky, that would only delay the price of gasoline rasing to $4 for about 1.211 years according to the government.
