A question, do you stick the stencil on the cardboard with glue spray? Doesn't that rip the cardboard apart when you pull it off? Or do you just lay it on there and does it stay where it is perfectly even when you spray over it? My problem is always that paint wil get under the stencil and the lines won't get as fluently as I'd like them to be, is there a trick for that?

@TeenageHeadcase I use adhesive spray on the stencils. its just strong enough to stick the stencil to the board without peeling or ripping anything when I take it off.

i love the painting what is the kind of material you make your stencil out of? ive been using thin poster board and it looks like shit

this one is printer paper...cheap, and it works good since it's thin. But i use paper poster board alot. Just make sure you get an adhesive spray to stick it down to your canvas.
