My dad is a Marine and in 2005 he left for IRAQ and it was christmas time. he called me and my mom to let us know he made it safe and sound and to wish us a merry christmas. he's home now but i worrie about every one else over there. My son is in Iraq and his wife has left him and taken the kids he will be alone this christmas I ask him to join us but he wont My heart is breaking I think I have lost my son. This clip says it all. I cant stop crying but I keep watching.

Semper Fi from a fellow Marine 90-01. I too have been in that situation, it's not easy for him but just tell'em you love him. Dont beg him to come home just tell him you need and miss him. I've been in his shoes, and we just need to know that someone loves us truely..God Bless you...

who penned this poem? we should say thanks to all the troops in iraq regardless if american or otherwise. god bless all the troops who are fighting for us.we would do the same for any of our allies.we americans believe in helping our friends.thank you if the only support you can give is to stand up for us. everyone who says"everybody hates americans"is a DAMN LIAR.i have talked to numerous people from other countries who love us.

This poem has been passed around between soldiers for quite some time now, since before I finished serving. It is fitting, and shows the heart of a soldier. A heart of selflessness, duty, honor, country. Let not your heart be troubled, soldiers stand guard here.

that almost made me cry my dad went to iraq on jan. 2 2008 it was really sad right now he is in kansas training to go to iraq. i am so sad but what you all ways need to remember is they are fighting for us and for our safety and if it was for them the US would be a lot different but it still is very sad especially on my brother and my mom and i my little brother hasnt really caught on yet but we are all holding in

This is sucha great song or poem
i have animated christmas lights 18,000 sinked to music and i played this song about 5 times tonight and about 5 people started to tear up. every time it played there was complete silence,one of them was an elderly man who looked like he was in world war 2 or the korean war, after the song he came over to us and thanked us for playing it.

it is christmas in iraq, i really appreciate the vid, i am sad to miss seein my family for Christmas, but i am proud to be defending freedom so that they can celebrate it. My dad is a Marine and in 2005 he left for IRAQ and it was christmas time. he called me and my mom to let us know he made it safe and sound and to wish us a merry christmas. he's home now but i worrie about every one else over there. I SUPPORT THE TROOPS!! it reminds me of my god brother who passed away in Iraq two days before christmas. SO TO ALL THE TROOPS MERRY CHRISTMAS!!
