I love mine. $150 bucks ain't shit. I almost brought 2 because they where the last 2 in the store just so the other folks behind me couldn't get it. For what it does the cost is a non factor.

No, it's not like an iPod.. No you can't use it in water, yet! I'm sure they will get that idea from you free of charge. As new technology goes, when it first comes out the price will be high. Over time supply and demand will deflate the price so that it will be affordable. This product is great for goal oriented people with their health and exercise routines. As long as they don't implement RFID or GPS tracking into it, I think its a great product.. Give it a year and I bet it will be $50!
I'm concerned about the science behind it, how does it really work? Their promotional videos showed people moving, doing a lot of arm movement. (Boxing, swinging arms while climbing the stairs, etc.) Does this thing work bye detecting wrist movement? If so, I will sure burn a lot of calories while I'm typing. Is it like the Bodybugg? Does it to detect sweat and moisture/ temperature? Not 1 of the videos I've seen has a really explained on a technological level how this thing works.
