Can you make chest workout? Ive been working for my chest for a while, but really havnt seen shape, ive seen it has grown, but not shape. Can you make a chest workout to help us people with defining our chest: for example the middle, side center and top.

But since you present lots of workouts that use many bodyparts - as I do while climbing and training for it - I´d like to hear your opinion/experience about regeneration. You did something about nutrition, maybe you can adress this topic too, sometime?

actually know because everyone have abs but they show more if you have less body fat. so the more you get toned the more they show(including that you do ab work outs)

Just bought your program, looked it over and it looks great. couldn't pass up the free lifetime bonus'. Definitely worth the money.
Some more videos/information on fat burning routine to get rid of that problem area around the lower abs, for us older guys just starting out.
Also...more info on nutrition phases...ie, bulking vs. fat burning phases would be nice.
