It's clear you are no Bobby Flay! You have overcooked everything! 45 minutes to cook the chicken????? And who wants mushy peppers and onions! I'm sure you like them but I'll be passing on these instructions!
u added the veggies in tooo soon, they are suppose to be colourful, charred on the edges and still have some crispness,. you have fully cooked them and turned them into mush... cook your meat fully, take it out, then add all veggies in wok for a few mins until they are just a lil soft , then re-add the meat, mix it all around for a min or two, then take it all out.
Wow you call that fajitas? Man that is embarrasing a shame for our amazing mexican cooking. The secret behind a delicious fajita is the marinade. Your fajitas looks like my grandmas vomit no offense but her vomit tends to look a little tastier
I make mine on the bbq grill. I sear them for 5 minutes per side then I hickory smoke them for 30 minutes! Comes out great! Oh by the way I season them before I smoke them! Nothing like them! Nice video! Take Care!
really simple recipe and probably is pretty good, only thing i disagree with is what you said about the green and yellow peppers taste the same, sorry but how wrong you are there, unless you just cant taste the difference. the yellow and orange peppers have a more citrus flavor to them.
the way i make it that comes out great is i let the chicken marinate over night after i slice it, i add orange juice(natural fresh squeeze better), alittle bit of chopped green onions, garlic, garlic salt, alittle black pepper...then i get the green red yellow peppers and sautee them along with the onions with garlic, then when ready i add the chicken with alittle bit of the marinating juice and then toward the end i add alittle cilantro and lime....and oohhh boy are they tasty!!!!!
I like you el wok, are u happy w/ it? Work well? Do you recommend that brand?

I always marinade my chicken breasts then hickory smoke them in my smoker. The hickory smoke really seems to bring out the flavors.

can you also grilled the chicken ..

Absolutely! We sometimes like to grill our chicken rather than pan frying it. Thanks
