@elphaphoenix I'm trying as hard as I can not to come off as an ass, but roms are not pirated nintendo games. Roms are raw game or program data, and is not always made by Nintendo. Using devkitPro you can make GBA and NDS roms. If you wanna go oldschool, you can make GC roms by learning z80 (which I know). Nintendo carts aren't the only things with roms, other consoles such as Texas Instrument calculators use. In facto, Nintendo didn't make all their games, other companies like Capcom made some.
