Great Tune,I pOSTED ON THE WRONG SONG,chains chains, but when I saw the mogster, and paul chapman for the first time,i was impressed.Phil you rock,so quit your crying, and take your happy pills
I hate to say it! Because SCHENKER IS A GOD!!!! BUT ,The wild the willing and the innocent, is my favorite UFO CD!!! PURE LYRICAL POETRY!! Paul Chapman was a working mans Guitarist. Studio shredder!!
"Isaw the stars come out tonight, so lonely and immune...summer rain kissed the streets...that bleed like open wounds-"written so long ago, appropriate then, appropriate now! Any nation, any time, all of us have stood outside in the dark, when we were young...and felt this or experienced this...truly poetic and timeless.
This is a great great record. I love the strings at the end of this track. Thanks for uploading it - it's been a long time since listening to this back in early 80's!
indeed a good effort, can´t (and never did at the present time) miss Shenker here, or on the foregoing Lp No plase to run, This is a good part of the glory days of Br. heavy metal!
i´m in love with this song, or at least used to be, this album is still ass kicking...i was 17 back then & life was kind of starting & LP:s were spinning, Chapman improved och developed the band in a way Schenker never had camed out with, this no place to run follow up gives testimony :)
No..SCHENKER wouldn't write in this style..so he wouldn't have torn them up. BOTH are great and different..i'm glad we have 2 different era's of UFO. Schenkers was more riffy where Chapman brought in more accessable writing styles.
FUCK OFF YA KNOB ! gd as Schenker is/was an i fnk he is/was amazin, this is Chapmans stuff, who's the best Ali or Tyson ? diferent tyms man, let it fukn be eh ?
Vinyl! Nice!

Like the album, but the guitars are not at the forfront as they always where in the past.
Just my opinion.

I used to listen to this 9/5. 24/7

One of the first song to use 7/4 timing as a feature. Now all metal bands use 7/4. Still I love that time signature.

STILL one of the most rockin tunes I''ve ever heard...Chapman was badass...

I've yet to hear a UFO song (Schenker or not) that doesn't rock! This is another headbanger!
Let Schenker go. The Chapman era equally rocks! And may be more accessible, musically.

The whole album of the Wild, the Willing and the Innocent was the best! Paul Chapman and Phil Mogg make a great team!

This Is A Great Song !! Bought the LP when it came out...Paul is a good player. Michael could have torn these songs up though.
