Im a 26yrs. old filipina,i grew up listening as my father sang Engelbert songs...im not in my country and i cant hear my father singing this kind of songs in a karaoke unless when i go to vacation,so i feel a bit lonely going to internet just to here this...i missed my childhood..infact i memorise almost all of humperdinck songs...i just love it more than a songs of new generations..

I'm a huge fan & I think Engelbert has one of the best voices ever recorded. But if you watch him sing Release Mein this clip, he is lip syncing the song. The version playing is the exact album cut version from 1967. That is why he is away from the audience sitting on the stairs. Still one of the best voices ever!
