Well, Stephanie has got beautiful voice colour, so I think that she could be good singer. But this album doesn't proove her voice in a further way, because there are no had parts to sing I think. I love tihs song, it has got great atmosphere for me and it reminds me of very happy part of my life.

I agree, but consider this: Pantera was an established band, playing arenas and stadiums the world over. Damageplan, while having legendary members, was a fresh new bands, playing clubs. I've bounced at a few bars and such (most bouncers don't give a fuck), and Nathan Gale got in simply by hopping a fence. Can you tell me that he would've been able to do that if they didn't split up and were playing stadiums like they did?? Very unlikely.

Either way, it doesn't bring our hero back, does it? RIP

Pantera became famous due to their extensive amount of touring they did in their early years. then fans spreading the word. the media as in guitar mags and mtv turned it all to shit. of course there was media as in ads that helped, but its a completely different thing. compared to other things, it wasnt a huge blow that Pantera split up. I mean it totally sucked, but compared to having Dimebag murdered on stage in front of his brother... its nothing.

Yeah. Everything Dimebag was involved with was amazing. Even the glam years of Pantera. Some of the riffs there are awesome. Better than what Metallica and most other thrash bands were releasing at the time. Damageplan was awesome. So many people loved Pantera but didnt like Damageplan. IT does make sense. Like you said, they woulda made a ton more stuff if Dime hadnt died. IT would have been so good.
