LOL!!! HAHAHA!!! Unbelievable! A German White Boy BAND!!! Blacks think they aren't influenced by white boys AT ALL!!! They go around, thinking that they weren't influenced by us. It's un-freckin'-believable! Every time you turn around, and really study, they are more white than they think they are! It's almost getting pathetic at this point. And every time you try and tell them, that's when they say no even more. There is a difference between popularity and creativity PEOPLE!!!
i wish these docs would cover the djs prior to bam and flash like maboya and grandmaster flowers who flash would get the grandmaster in his name from. but i love these docs. thanks for the upload
i fuccin luv dub roots ska dancehall aka Reggea.....i always knew theres was a connection between Hip-Hop and Reggae.....King yellowman is a perfect example...hella Hip-Hop artist sampled him.....krs one and nwa r some artist....this shit now adays just pisses on wut these pioneers and history makers built!!!! The real Hip-Hop iz over here!!!!!
@electronicchronic thats TRUE you can stand on a surfboard.. but that doesnt make you a surfer... you can rap... but still dont have anything to do with hiphop...
It's so cool that Kraftwerk get an nod from this documentary. They played a huge roll in the progression and structure of hip hop that made what we hear today. Not many people know this.
I do and this is making me really nostalgic. I don't think I appreciated what was going on in '79 and '80. I had no idea where this was going. But I did like it.
Nice!
