I'm learning his song... currently I can play without any mistake to 0:26 then comes the one fast part and I always start tapping as I see no other way... I'm not sure I'm a newbie but maybe I just came across the first "shred" lection:-) I don't really know what actually really shredding is so I'm putting it this way. You seem to have no problem with that can you get me some advice?

Just Start at slow speed and try to make it sound like the song, listen to the original song a lot (I did it :) ) and when you think that is ok start increase speed, Good Luck ! ;)

lol 2 weeks and no advance at all... I've did whatyou told me but there is some point when you just can't increase speed at all... your right hand must change the technique of hitting the strings to a constant stream moving(you probably know what I mean) but man I've noticed that you haven't played the first shred part as is written in the tabs (guitar pro) at all... I can't see what you missed though...

el principio es así, todas las tablaturas coinciden, y se diferencia perfectamente el sonido de mi guitarra con el de la cancion. A ti te quería yo ver tocando.

no es eso Oscar la vdd es ke yo no toco ni al 1% de lo bien ke tu lo haces. pero en realidad a mi me suena diferente... tal vez sea la distorsion de la guitarra de Herman lee lo ke me hace ke la escuche asi pero esa parte particular del rekinto la he sacado (o lo he intentado) y la vdd sale diferente tal vez en otra ocasion (y por otro medio) te podria enviar la grabacion de audio por ke mi webcam no sirve. Good job, just need to find a guitar that stays in tune a bit better (strat's are terrible at keeping in tune), and work on the timing somewhat, which isn't gonna be easy, this is a beast of a solo to master.

For all of you who have the mispelled songs : You probably downloaded it through Dragonforce torrent. The songs here are mispelled and this doesnt apply only on above the winter moonlight and oldiers of wasteland. Just check dragonforce album on google an correct the names of the songs manually.

Sorry to correct you, but proper form is kinda like the "okay" signal, its thumb and first finger holding the pick, the other three fingers stuck out straight. Its easier to palmmute that way.
