yes, you can twixtor 30fps, but it wont be as smooth, and there might be some warping. I used 60fps 720p for this twixtor shot, but the rest was filmed in 1080p.
How do use twixtor and 1080p with gopro? do you twixtor 1080p 30 fps videos?
