it means we need to wake up and redesign society on a global scale ASAP. technology is replacing jobs. we already have robots that can pick CROPS for food we eat. we have robots that can build BUILDINGS (aka shelter).  we also have something called the E-Cat which will get rid of our dependence on fossil fuels and it will change the world within the next couple years, i guarantee you this. this will be the hardest transition for the world if our fucking politicians don't fucking wake up.

When the technology known as agriculture came out thousands of years ago it meant people didn't have to spend their whole lives being hunter gatherers, therefore they had more time to think. Having more time to think lead to innovation, which all these years later has brought us here. So having robots pick our crops means the children of those farmers can go to school rather than work the fields all day.

we still have a lot to learn about how our brain and body works before effective systems can be employed. scientists have replicated parts of the human brain for specific funtions, in some cases they dont understand exactly how its works, but it does the job better than traditional chip architechtures.
