I know that Lily is "straight" (emphasis on the air quotes around straight) because she has a bf, I'm not sure about Kathryn. But just because a girl has a bf doesn't necessarily mean she's straight all the way, in some cases...

To be honest I don't really care, from my point of view in all the interviews I've seen them in they seem VERY flirtatious between each other and Kat makes it so obvious ;]
