Even the Baluchs who are well educated and settled in the cities like Karachi highly appreciate the services of their Sardars. They equate the services of their Sardars with those of Prince Agha Khan's for his Ismaili community. Agha Khan has done great services for his community in apparent manner. Probably, the Baluchi sardars have done in hidden manner. Allah knows!
