This place is a private property and we got there through invitation as we achieved some results at our company.
As I know it can be rented for 1.000 $ per day (22 rooms) but it is not ususal. The owner uses it for incentives at his company.
I can sign you up to this company (which has a very good growth rate currently with high income potential for partners), then you have to work a bit and get there for free... ;-)
