Thats a strange one. Are you sure you're relaying the phrasing correctly?

if you are referring to the term ViCrypt error, that is what the trojan displays on infected computer, however the antivirus programs have another name for it. Trojan.RamVicrype

i have something that is similar to that, but instead it says i need to update the family security system. it pops up a lot. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix it if it's a virus? For some reason, when i use spybot search and destroy and avast, it doesn't detect anything, so i'm not sure if it's a virus or not. But yea, it pops up sometimes and says i need to update my family security system or i won't be able to access the internet. Please help me. Thanks in advance.
