  • How unfunny can one person be?

  • @squanto2 I don't know, how unfunny can you be?

  • @irishcrusader99 : It would be a walk in the park for squanto2!

  • Comment removed

  • Actually he always remonded me of a comic Frankenstein with his walk and feet and his no eyebrows n that. I used to love him especially the sketch were he was a ventriloquist aboard ship...Genius : )

  • The only way you can be killed is making really good jokes and being a great man who lived a great life, R.I.P Tommy Cooper. We will remember you from the Statue in Caerphilly. <3

  • TOPPER!!!!!

  • he made frankie howard look like a pimp for the toffee noses, brilliant.

  • A comedy genious....always remembered

still brings a smile to my face

  • Indeedimost, he is well missed..

  • 6 DISLIKES ?????? How can you dislike Tommy Cooper ?!

  • @NachomanProductionss they are the vile comedians haha

  • i made a tribute song to him on my channel

  • thank you frank

  • rip big man....ur a legend

  • He was his own audience and had a lot of fun for himself!!!!!!

    R.I.P. dear Tommy

  • scary

  • scar

  • Did anybody know the TV shows from Tommy

    Life with Tommy Cooper???

    Thanks for help.

  • Tommy you are still with us and so you live for ever!!!!!!!

  • pmsl

  • He was good....really the best....

  • his feigning having a weak heart looked ominous...

  • He did a great Jeykll and Hyde sketch too.

  • Different voice class ..... its so bad its brilliant

  • 'Just like that!' Comic genius at its finest. There will never be another Tommy.

  • Thanks folks. The fact is that TC will never be bettered and all this time after his untimely death he can always, always make me laugh.

  • Best comedian ever to come out of Wales. Brilliant.

  • Now that is comic talant. the guy only has to say ,thank you frank, and the room exploads with laughter

  • seriously, who were this man's contemporaries? were there any British or American comedians like him?

  • blagger 56. I couldnt have said it any better. When I see the likes of 'Graham Norton being classed as a comedian...i wonder what world am i really living in.

  • CORRECT! They dont make them like Tommy anymore.

Who is Alan Carr? Michael McIntyre???? supposed comedians. Tommy Cooper is a born Comedian.

  • @tearlach45 michael mcintrye is a comedian its just tommy cooper was an out and out entertainer

  • he makes it look so easy, unscripted and look like a shambles. The fact that hes so genuinely funny, makes every movement he does hilarious.

  • here here blagger56. completely agree! if ever i've seen a comment on youtube i thought of that was it

  • Thanks. Great minds think alike and fools seldom differ. Which ever of those choices we are, it is a fact that TC was, quite literally, head and shoulders above any of his contemporaries, and it is also a fact that the "comedians" of today really are not fit to hold his tassles. Long live his memory

  • this my friend is true comedy

  • This man didn't need to swear or use profanity in his act. He was non political, and didn't take the piss out of the audience or anyone in it. He didn't belittle any one, he wasn't racist. And he made people laugh, just by being there. THAT is comedic talent. It's a shame the swearing, vile, acerbic comediens of today can't be like this. You could argue that he bolongs to a different time, but show these clips to people today, and you still hear them laughing.

  • Could'nt agree more......

  • exactly. Comedy is one thing you cant teach. people like chubby brown, or what ever his name is, just use vulgar language to make themselves appear funny. Tommy Cooper was born with the talent of being able to make people laugh just using his genuine personality.

  • @blagger56 perfect words, these were the best years, thats why i dont watch tv anymore

  • @blagger56 Yeah it fucking brilliant

  • @blagger56 Yeah but that's what made Tommy unique, that this was his act. If all other comedians were taking after him these days, they'd most likely be told they're unoriginal and just copying off his style. Who wants everything to be copied? All films the same, all bands the same. An if others did, then surely they'd have no ideas left at some point.

  • filthy-talking comedians = FAIL

  • @Eye2EyeIIIV

    damn right!

  • @blagger56 spot on

  • Hey, people still love him cos' he was so funny, and had such a talent to make people laugh!

So he had no real GSCE's? What of it? Ya gotta go with what you're good at, and he was damn good at what he did.

  • im immoral hahaha

  • Who can afford steaks these days?

  • I love how Tommy Cooper could make people laugh, without using horrible disgusting sex related and drug related jokes.

Making people laugh without using sex and drugs as jokes is true comedy talent.

    R.I.P Tommy.

  • Forget not using horrible jokes. He could make them laugh without doing anything. One time, Tommy didn't come on stage for several minutes, the audience thought it was part of the act, and just started laughing away.

  • Or the time he died. They thought he was doing an act to and he got a standing ovation!

  • I couldn't agree more, you don't get anything trying to be funny nowadays without innuendo in

  • Totally agree!! thats the sad world we live in today! drugs violence ect ect but tommy cooper what a comic genius

  • I have never ever seen this sketch any further, than the part where he picks up the hat he dropped from behind the table and says "what?, well you shouldent be under there then should you". Now surely the sketch when he did it, didnt actually end there?

  • Hysterically funny! As an American I have always preferred British comedy. I just discovered Tommy Cooper about two weeks ago; and I have been watching all his videos on Youtube.

  • outstanding! :D

  • brill - or should I say "fangs for the memories"

    Bless you Tommy

  • Do any of the puns (stake/steak) work in whatever language this was subtitled in?

  • It's dutch...

    as nightowl7071's nationality is.

  • i am crying

    hilarious

  • lol i have neva seen this 1 before but its great especially when he chokes on the teeth XD

  • Oooh very spooky! xD

  • "And I am immoral........ immortal" LOL

  • Ahhh.....those pre-enrichment days.....

  • girls choir lol

  • haven't seen this one in years!

NICE POST! Tommy Cooper was brilliant

  • Thanks Frank! =D

  • Not bad at all, but not Tommy's absolute best.

  • Unfortunently tho, i have never seen this sketch any further than when he said "what?, well you shouldent be under there then should you", surely the sketch did not automaticly finish there when he actually did it live? :-/

  • you only have to look at him and he makes you laugh

  • Exactly. I don't know why that is though.

  • Thanks for posting the wonderful Tommy Cooper. Keep it coming!

  • The world is not funny without that man.

Now the heawen is more funny, where ever he now must bee.

  • He did a good Jekyll and Hyde sketch too - hoefully we will see this one again

  • Brilliant performance - and a great Thames audience who more could you ask for?

  • wil we ever see the likes of his quality again he was superrrb wonderful no one can do what he could do do lame jokes but everyone laught at them even the new generation knows tommy cooper they are timeless these comedians

  • really great love it

  • I believe I know how he did it
