  • @SniperDEADeye07 I get about $20 per painting at shows and of web purchases. Most other painters charge $40 and higher. Just a hobby for me.

  • @repsac16 sounds like your a "cup is half empty" kind of guy - thanks for the kind words.

  • @_@ Thats Awesome!!!

  • Nice

  • Mate how do you do those effects on the planets like the white stripes? i can't do it, do you use wax or anything on your paper? it becomes perfect, those white stripes on the blue and red planets. thank you

  • @paulojunior201

I use simple copy paper (24# bond that you find in Xerox/copy machines).

I place the paper against my stomach and run my finger nails across the paper several times to form indents or ridges on the surface. I then lay the paper on the wet ink and lightly press down. The ridges/indents create the patterns you see on the planets. You can use coated magazine pages and wax paper to get similar but varying results. Hope this helps you.

  • @TheBosjjj curious to what paint you use, cant find any paint that will dry fast enough

  • @paulojunior201

Place the paper against my stomach and run my finger nails across it several times - then place on the paint and peel back up. Works every time. I use regular xerox paper or copier paper for those.

  • Where did u get your pallet knives??

  • @RedMonkey126

Any art store like AC Moore

  • dude your freakin amazing when did you start spray painting? bc im 14 and im getting my first cans of paint this weekend (can't wait!).

  • super.

  • now we know whos behind all the citys graffiti

  • that was sick the way he painted the mountains

  • i really want to get into painting. I feel like i could be good at it. Any beginning tips?

  • This was not done in real time. The human movements are too unnatural for the speed of the hands and I notices several camera cuts. This took you at least twice what you said, and due to cuts I would venture to say even longer. It's still very nice work though.

  • ahh that is so amazing(:

  • sorry but the Spanish would own you at this they do it in about a min

  • rly beautiful

  • Love your mountain technique. The look real enough to touch.

  • its not that hard.. i watched a couple of the vids.. bought everything i need.. an boom.. its really easy.. dont try so hard.. it will come to you

  • @101alva thats not to say these guys arent talented though

  • AWSOME!

  • Very nice art! But damm this is so ecological wrong

  • so true XD

  • My cousin is really good at this..

  • pretty damn cool!

  • That is awesome.... i wanna learn it

  • looks im not the only one :d

  • I went to college with his daughter Jessie and I I never knew her dad was the one doing these awesome spray paint art pieces. I'm definitely need to get one, and this one was incredible.

  • Sensacional!!! Maravilhoso!!!!

  • i saw this done on a street corner in denver once, three kids were doing em during the art walk in denver and just selling them immedietly after they were done. its amazing medium i really want to learn how to work it and do shit like this.

  • what kind of paint are they using, i was doing it today and it looked super pail and faided compared to this and i think its the paint

  • You cant use just paper, try card or glossy photgraohic paper (My personal favourite)

And also, this may sound obvious, but are you using DARK spray paints?

  • Ok, make sure you arent using normal paper, card for beginners, glossy photographic or specialist card for pros, and make sure you are using DARK spray paints?

  • Probabily the most beautiful spacepainting ever...

  • :/ nahhh

i mean, its pretty good but you can find better ;)

  • thats amazing i spray paint space too but no where as good as this thats talent

  • Thats the coolest thing i've seen in ages!

  • you should spray the colour of paint on the can so you can tell wat colour it is with no cap!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • and how would he spray the same can with paint without having 2 of the same colours?

  • Wonderful

  • omfg >_> ...just.. epic

  • badass shit there wicked cool

  • how does he do the mountains? with that thing, but that thing have white paint? jeje

    is really good

    Nk♣

  • it looked like he just scraped down to the original white surface. It looke dlike a tiny putty knife

  • im speechless

  • WAHOUUUUU!!!!

    Incredible!!! awsome!! simply amazing!!!!

  • wow absolutely beautiful

  • Awesome!

  • damn your a true artist

  • that's so beautiful =]

  • >9000 stars

  • you do the mountains so quickly...

that man is made of awesome

  • ★★★★★!!!

  • to much white in the end

  • i could not do that u haft to go over all that stuff like 5 trimes

  • can u be my dad :) great job

  • OMG!

  • oh dude thats fukin amazing!

  • that's insane :O

  • im learning how to do these paintings...i love it!! can u explain how u use the pallete tool

  • wow this is great what type of paints and papers do u use?

  • High gloss spray paint (cheap stuff works well) and poster board or foam board. You basically need anything that has a glossy surface (like the poster board) to paint on.

  • wow. seriously really good art, i love the colourful space and how spherical youtr planets look. Awesome :)

  • u are van Gogh and Picasso of Spray Painting!!!! love ittt!!!!

  • This one is definitely the best spray painting I've ever seen around.... keep up the beautiful work!!

  • Awesome Mark!!!

Very creative, i'm going to do that soon, and people say i have a creative mind, so ill maybe be posting some.

    Take care!

    5/5 stars!

  • he was created unlike us to do it. genitacally engineered and mentaly suited for these taskes. creations like that dont come out of nobody.

  • wow this is so inspiring!!

it really is very jealous ivee never used them before!!

  • Thats is sick dude.

  • this isn't impressive at all

  • dude, are you serious! I would kill to do what he just did!

  • you don't need to kill anything. i bet you could learn in like two days...it looks good, but it's not hard at all. Just try and you'll see. If you want to see skills )which are rare in this art form) search "GANIMDES".

  • This is just AWESOME!!!

  • wats the name of the song???

  • Your not alone by ATB

  • cool thankx

  • omfg! i just soooo wanna learn how to do that!

  • at first Levi (levisarts) was my favorite, than spraycasso, but u and Brandon Mcconnell tie, when ur making mountains, how do you drag the paint to get it that solid greyish color without scraping all the paint off? it hard @.@

  • it takes a very light touch and the paint has to be wet to create the grey tones.

  • I agree...I could watch Brandon or spraycasso and now this guy alllll dayyyy..AWESOME stuff

  • i wonder if the camera man had a mask

  • i just want that painting!!!

  • Wow !!!! 5¤¤¤¤¤

  • I wuz like: LOL whats he doin' to his planet~HOLYCOWITSAMOUNTAIN!!

  • Its amazing

  • ive done this before. of course it didnt look this good. i just made stars, a couple planets and a sun

  • NO WAY!!! :O

    thats amazing :D

  • thats really awesome, especialy the creatingof theis mountains by using an art knife

  • Art stores are usually your best bet.

  • where can i get a pallet knife? ive been looking but i couldn't find one.

  • is he in a hurry?

  • nice painting dude

  • as in brand?

  • Have been using Krylon and Walmart paint - looking for new brand since Krylon changed it's paint formulation and tips.

  • rustoleum works pretty well, so does the walmart brand like he said

  • what kind of paint do you use???

  • YOUR AWESOME. Dont listen to that guy.

  • Who do you think taught me to paint in the first place?

Please thank your grandma again for me..

She's a class act, I guess that trait skipped a few generations in your family.

  • OH lol what a burn

  • Good for your grandma....but what about you?

  • Why do ALL of these f-ing spray paint video's have to have that obnoxious techno shit playing behind them ???

  • Chill dude, I'm now playing all Pink Floyd music when I paint.

  • Hello. Could you tell me what tool you are using to make the mountains?

  • pallet knife

  • this is the best painting i've seen in a while please cheak out some of my videos

  • Easily the best mountains I've ever seen! Great job!

Are you using any special paper to texture the planets? Most people use like newsprint or something but that just looks like printer paper and you're running your nails on it? Thanks in advance!

  • I use standard offset paper found in any regular copy machine - using my fingernails to make the creases.

  • Awesome that's what I thought. :D Thanks for the fast response! Great job once again.

  • Hey mate, I'm from new zealand and Im trying to learn this style of art. Your video is awesome, can you tell me what the non coulored paint is that you spray on before doing the mountains?

  • It's just a gloss clear spray that rewets the paint underneath so you can work it with the pallet knife.

  • Thanks mate. I've been using your painting as a basis for my work and playing around with different things. When I get as good as you I may post something of my own on youtube. Thanks for sharing your talent!

  • very easy this is one of my favorite to practice its fun

  • That Has to Be one Of The Most Amazing Things Ive ever Seen, :)

  • WOW...

  • dude your fukin raw at this shiit

    that painting is fukin fresh

    keep it up

  • wow...

  • so good.... oh to have these skills, well done.

  • WHERE DID YOU LEARN TO DO THISSSS??

  • Originally self taught after watching someone at a local fair. Then I found some folks on the web to help with some of the finer points of the art. Then it's just practice and looking for your own style. I had an affinity for complicated stenciling. Thanks for asking.

  • wow :O

  • Song is ATB - you`re not alone

  • HoW! :D

  • Yo Bosjj, whats up - Zaeinn from spacepaintings

  • What's that scalpal he's using to make the mountains and where do you get it because I so need one.

  • It's a regular metal pallet knife from an art store.

  • Thanks dawg, yeah I thought you'd get it from an art store, I have like none around my area though, which sucks because I really like spray painting and this was cool. If you don't mind answering, do you think you know what else I could use that would be like that? Like the back of a wierd shaped pocket knife.

  • You could use lots of stuff, a non jagged plastic butter knife, some people use ripped off pieces of hard poasterboard, and another amazing painter known as Shikey online uses something like a clothes pin.

  • amazing art...and amazing choice of music :)

  • Woah! Thats Shitastic!

  • thats insane!

  • That is truly amazing!

  • hey man i came to ur house 1 time and u were teaching me how to do some of this stuff i was at ur house with my dad my names dylan how are you

  • Doing great Dylan - getting ready for the Bloomsburg Fair starting on the 19th. Have you done any painting lately?

  • not really but im trying to get back into it

  • the paintings are all the same

  • agreed, while they look cool its all repetition of a few techniques. You could learn this with practice and trial and error. These guys have skill but at the end of the day its not really about creating unique and different art pieces its about making money....and theres nothing wrong with that 4 STARS!!

  • They look the same because you search for the same thing over and over. I can assure you if you looked around a little harder you'd find plenty of non-space scenes painted by spraypainters. :) Check out Aleven Jones, Matt Sorensen, etc for some amazing nature and abstract paintings. It's ironic that people should complain about paintings looking the same on this video seeing as the artist is one of the best stencil makers around - check out his website (search for Bos Spray Art or Mark Bosler).

  • Could someone please tell me the name of the track in the video ?

  • Fucking Crazy !

  • Why do artists always sign in the bottom right hand corner? I liked the mountains and haze in this video. 5 Star.

  • habit?

thr brain makes it so like say he was tought by someone and they signed in the rh corner...

they consectrate on the pic right and they dont even relize the sign in the same spot each and every time
