  • The triceps position can gash your leg, kinda hurts. I had to switch to holding the band behind my back as I pulled.

  • great! thanks!

  • Bugger the resistance band, you're gorgeous!

  • i use my bands as a mobile gym

  • cool resistance band tips but, what can you do on that mini half pipe?

  • @sickboylegend haha - I love it! That mini-ramp has evolved into a full bowl and we shred it! Just search 'Iguana Bowl' here on youtube as we've affectionately named it! Great full body functional fun fitness too!

  • since making this video, ive also made a part 2 vid. now i know even more band exercises & will have two make a part 3! - Max Wettstein

  • thank you Max! Lot's of great workout ideas!!

  • @byk57 For the last few days I've been trying to come up with a way to use bands for a leg press, considering that i squat too much. Anyone have any luck with this idea?

  • how long do you have to use the resistance bands to get results

  • @XJordanx89 Depends what you are trying to achieve, but your "target" (a word that I've made up pertaining to a particular movement or a body-part) must be trained at least 3 times a week for 4-6 weeks. Some have reported results through a prolonged program of 8 weeks. Some say that change in a training program is necessary every few weeks. I'll suggest my method. Learn as much as you can and then experiment through trail and error to find out what works for you.

  • @Kreimehn ...Know that even then, what you have found to work will only work for a while. I'm reminded of the quote (I cannot remember who said this) that all knowledge is only temporary.

  • @Kreimehn not really sure your point?...I just go out and buy a new resistance band. No product or training equipment lasts forever. You could say this about any piece of equipment. Here's the thing: I have NO AGENDA, other than sharing info. Good luck.

  • even the birds started chirping at ya =)

  • Great video! Excellent exercises. I am currently trying to lose weight, and I was told that cardio every day, plus resistance band workouts and a steady diet would be the best way, any other tips?

    Thanks again!

  • I didn't click this video to learn about the max resistance of the band, nor it's resistance to sunlight (WTF?). It's on the package of the band I bought. I came to learn some different movements that I didn't already know. I learned a few new moves. Thanks.

  • You demonstrate no training knowledge or any useful info on the product. You need to understand that if you had you made a decent video and answered my questions, that I would have ordered product.

  • @Kreimehn except that I'm not selling any "product" or bands. Simply promoting simple fitness tips, & travel fitness tips as an airline pilot. How am I supposed to know what your questions are. Nobody forced you to watch this video. Enjoy!

  • @maxewiii Thanks i find this useful. I recommend putting the bands in your check on luggage versus hand luggage. Mine was nearly taken at Gatwick luckily i convinced the the security supervisor tp let me keep it.

  • @maxewiii Your video greatly features the tubes. Anyone who uses such bands or tubes would expected better info about the product. The last pair i ordered was from westside-barbell. It was great till i left it in a place where the afternoon sun got to it later in the day. Despite it was winter, the band fried, and cracked. You do not comment on its durability. It is not even an issue. This leads me to believe that the tubes you use last. How durable are they?

  • @Kreimehn all bands will fail eventually depending on how long they're used, how hard, & how much UV light they're exposed too. I go through about 1 resistance band every 3 months. When they fail they break right where they attach at the handle and I never get hit by it or injured. They typically fail without warning, but you don't have to worry about it snapping back at you. At any given time I own at least 3 bands, so if 1 fails its a non-issue.

  • @Kreimehn Oh just shut the hell up. Seriously.

  • @nyboy101 Am I ruining you little gay fantasy ny bitch? No one here, not even the maker of these videos, cares about serious fitness, and the equipment advertised on the video. It seems that the maker of the video, and all you others are just a bunch of homosexuals, and apparently, any discussion relevant to fitness is acting like a cock block. So, go stuff your ass with a "pacifier" so i do not have to put up with you. Seriously.

  • @Kreimehn Lol at the right wing nazi. Seriously.

  • @nyboy101 Only an uneducated, uncultured stupid American would draw such a dumb conclusion from my previous post. The Nazi's were of the left, and not the right, you gay little retard. Besides, you sound like a Californian, just like many on this thread, and not a New Yorker.

  • @Kreimehn LOL, you're the biggest fucking retard I've ever seen. A 5 year old would know that nazi's are anti communists, extreme right wing fascists. LOL and nah, I'm English you twat ;)

  • @nyboy101 Thank you for proving my point. The Nazi party started with a platform that is very characteristic of socialism, you functional retard. Learn history. Even when the Nazi party shifted more into a right wing party, it was still a socialist movement. Historians will claim that the party was both, when convenient, and not truly either left or right. I think that my above mentioned observations make the party left. So i will forgive your stupidity just this once.

  • You asked about my contribution to society. My contributions to society include contributions and to my local government and particularly international relations. This requires more education and competency than making a video to target gay consumers using yourself, half-naked and performing a gay mating ritual, as the bait. You have no business making a video.

  • Bodylastics and Lifeline make amazing elastic resistance sets also. The Bodylastics are definitely more user friendly and have carabener clips which make the resistance changes much easier, but Lifeline TNT are very high quality as well. Bodylastics though has better attachments that come w/ the set.

In any case, elastics are a great way to train if you have one of the better sets.

  • This video is shit. People click the video to find out info about the product - the max resistance of each band, the durability, the resistance to heat /cold, and sunlight. This idiot is demonstrating exercises to an audience that is already familiar with every thing he shows.

  • anybody else think this guy kinda looks like a younger version of jens lehmann? haha great video btw

  • i would psml if someone opend that door while he was working out ha

  • hey can i have your resistance band? max?

  • For the record I built most of my initial mass using free-weights, barbell-lifts. Mostly I use resistance bands to MAINTAIN mass, warm-up, get a good pump, in between heavier free-weight training days. I use it a lot traveling as I stated. Some days I only do push-ups, pull-ups, muscle-ups & resistance band training. Check out LifeForce brand & CoreEnergyFitness: You can go a LOT heavier now with new generation bands. Check out my part 2 video to this one! -Max Wettstein

  • how long have you been working out for? and did you do mostly pushups pull ups dips to create your body?

  • Did u get this big from only using resistance bands?

  • @KickYourAssTomorrow I use a combination of Free-Weights, plyometrics, sports & resistance bands to now maintain my mass. I built my original mass using mostly Free Weight, full-body, functional movements - lots of Olympic Style lifts. Now I'm mostly into sports & maintaining. Best, Max Wettstein

  • good info man. however when i attached my resistance band to the door nob, its snapped and hit me on the face

  • Comment removed

  • i am 15 years old and i was just wondering if it would be good for me to use it or is it like weights it stops u from growing???

  • @killerkingoftheRKO Lifting weights does not stop you from growing, that's a myth.

  • very nice, i just wanted to add that u can double or more if u require more resistance, as u can use more then 1 band for excercises like dead lift

  • These are great, could you put up some lower body exercises? My upper body seems to put on muscle easy but lower body is difficult for me. Thanks!

  • Bro your backyard is insane. It looks like a playground for every age. Thanks for the videos. I'll be using some of you techniques. You need a launch ramp at the end of your slide.

  • I recently bought one of these but I find they don't provide enough resistance when I stand right in the middle. Am I still using them properly if I spread my legs afar apart to get a better pull?

  • People this stuff really works. I tried this (before seeing this video) by accident. I found one of these bands lying on the living room (my roomate's) and started messing around with it. Plain and simple, not only was I able to got have to go to the f_____ GYM anymore, I had not felt that effect on my muscles in a very long time. Something about it being so comfortable, let's you concentrate on the muscles rather than worrying about being so careful at the GYM with heavy equipment.

  • how tall are you mate? cheers.

  • @DamienRUs666 6' even

  • Great videos Max. You are very creative with the resistance bands. Have you heard of The Catalyst? I think you would love to train with it, especially since you enjoy working with resistance bands. Check it out for yourself on facebook: The Catalyst Performance System.

  • so which brand of resistance bands is best? I cant find ripcords in any eu net store. any other brands?

  • @tomhardcore92 bodylastics man. they ship to eu from the UK. goodlock

  • @tomhardcore92 bodylastics man. they ship to eu from the UK. goodluck

  • Max, what are your waist, and chest measurements??

    Thanks!

  • hi max, first of all i want to say thanks for all these videos, first one i seen was the resistance band clip and have now been on your website and been throw them all,it has helped me and still is ,all your diet tips are spot on,cant beleave some people on here have the cheek to qustion your training routine, the question i want to ask was footwear is a really important part of keeping fit, what kind of footwear is it your are wearing in these video and what do you recommend?

  • @markscully1985 thanks for the positivity: footwear really depends on your anatomical structure & gait, and the shape of your foot, as well as the activity. Actually I think the after-market insoles you can buy are almost more important than the shoe! The shoe I'm wearing here and have been for the past few years is VASQUE, trail-running type of shoes with stiff, agressive sole. But I always immediately buy after-market custom-shape insoles, such as 'Super-Feet' or 'Sole'.

  • @maxewiii hi first of all i want to say thanks for taking the time out to reply to me,ok i will look into this make of running shoe and about getting a good pair of insoles to help me,am 25 years old and few years back did a lot of running but now, really just play soccer 5 times a weeks, but am looking into running again and am doing some of the workouts you have posted on ur website in my local gym im about 12% body fat maybe less and tying to get between 6 and % but its tough

  • @markscully1985 ...continued...and nowadays with the popularity of barefoot running & minimal footwear, it really depends on you. I still believe in wearing a peformance shoe for running & other impact-activities, but strengthen my feet & ankles by playing beach-volleyball about 6 hours per week in the sand barefoot.

  • @maxewiii continued,im trying to build upper body up a liitle bigger than i already am but at same time trying to lower body fat,i will just keep working hard and take it from there, but all your videos and diet plans do help thanks max

  • how come my resistance bands can't stretch that much?? i own a 20lbs and a 30lbs but i cant get either of them to stretch past my waist line when i do the curls or anything else. im scarred ill break them if i pull to hard. what am i doing wrong??

  • Hey so I got some resistance bands but they're literally bands. Like 4" wide and around 6' long. I guess I should just grab the ends in lieu of handles? Or, would you recommend getting cable-like bands with handles.

    Regards

  • I read your bio bro, impressive. You also have a great torso. I have to ask though, why dont you bomb your calves ? They need work .

  • @trulynot first of all, I'm not your "bro". Second, if you read my bio then you would know that I'm not a bodybuilder & don't live in the gym, and train as an athlete first. My calves do not need work: Just played 10 games of 2-man beach volleyball this morning & I was out jumping everybody at the net. I guarantee if we had a sprint contest, or a vertical-jump contest I would kick your ass. FUNCTION & performance is everything. Aesthetics is just a bonus. - Max Wettstein

  • @maxewiii Wow. Way to win friends Matt... "Bro" is just a tag, like mate, pal, buddy, friend, etc.

Whats with the pissing contest ? How old are you mentally ? Lols.

Even though I only 5'10" pretty sure I would be you in the sprint. Others have tried that shit on and failed.

I am not a body builder btw, I just do strength training and I am loaded with fast twitch fibres. :o)

    I am into aesthetics though.

    Have a nice day friend.

    Wont be subbing.

  • I´m very interested in your training Max, I´ve read your website a few hours now, do you have messeger or skype that I could ask you some stuff on? Would be very glad if you helped me.

  • can i use it for my ab exercise? if yes,can you please tell me how?thank you.

  • does resistance band make ur bicep bigger?

  • Thanks for this clip, Max! I just got one of these for Christmas and had no idea what to do with it. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Favourited!

  • Would you suggest us a link from where we can get the resistance band you are using?

  • @storm012345

    Google roguefitness, iron-woody-bands

I have had bands from this company before and they last - until i left them in sunlight all day by accident. Keep them stored in a place that isn't too hot or cold, and out of sunlight.

    Google bodylastics,strongman

Take a look at this. I've never used it so i cannot comment on this product, but it looks worthy of some research. If you need any real advice beyond just jerking a band, pm me; i'm always glad to help.

  • Comment removed

  • i used this on my door knob and the knob came out :-(

my dad threw my bands away

  • @Thetrollmaster2000 I'm not laughing at you...:( I guess you don't know your own strength!

  • @Thetrollmaster2000

They should put a warning on saying that using this product could cause your knob to fall off.

  • @shrubber101 as long as it's the door knob coming off only!

  • tryed it with a round door knob, came back and hit me in the throte lol, wont do that again

  • CAP. AWESOME ¿?

  • do you go to the gym and do bench press and etc.. too or this mostly your workout

  • @bboyhwoarang5 The more excercises you do the better, otherwise you will be building stamina for one particular excercise within your muscles-rather than strength and speed and therefore size.

A good maxim to go by is "keep your muscles guessing" mix it up.. even if you are working the same or similair muslces groups :)

  • Such a fuckin' hottie.

  • Ya know, I can't help but think you remind me of a famous actor...... Patrick Swayze! You kinda sound and look like him a bit ^.^

  • I thnik working with your own body weight is the best way for anything other than bulk. Sports and anything athletic being able to be good with your own body weight leaves you feeling a whole load better than weights, well for me atleast. Thanks for the video

  • now i wanna know how the hell you got those abs

  • is this good to burn fat?

  • Do you just use the resistance bands for strength training or do you incorporate free weights as well?

  • What kind of resistance can this offer? ie would it be able to offer the same resistance to bicep curls with 30 pounds in each hand?

  • can i know how to do exercise with circular bends?

  • I'm buying one tomorrow for €8.

  • Where do I buy these, and what kind do I buy? Great video, and I like how you present this as something you can do no matter where you go etc. Even a homeless person could get a good workout.

  • @nellychess classic!...."even a homeless person could get a good workout." right on! Buy at any sports' gear shop, like Sport's Authority or Chicks, or even the Vitamin Shoppe!

  • @maxewiii

Thanks man. I just ordered p90x and this combo pkg on ebay. Has bands pull up bar and yoga mat for 40 + 19 ship. Seems like a good deal. Only thing I haven't decided is if Im going to do before and after photos, videos.

  • @maxewiii does this get you powerful, size and bulked and ripped just like normal weights would?

  • What is your body fat percentage?

  • @waqasanees 5.5 to 6% year round for the past 10 years. - Max

  • really appreciate the video....i have a question though, i dont intend to put on size...i just want to have a ripped body...will these work?

  • @ekubalusabyan Yes - combined with some high-intensity cardio training 2 or 3 days per week, to really help burn the fat!

  • @maxewiii

What high intensity workouts do you do?

  • @ekubalusabyan "Yes" these will work to just tone you.

  • Found a single band I never really used, put a soft grip handle on it and WOW, I'm sold.

Only thing is, I tied mine in a double knot so I had a loop to work with...which came loose.

And I got belted mighty hard in the chin!

Maybe they should sell these things with safety goggles, Only a welt that was gone in 20 minutes on the chin likely would have damaged one of my eyes permanently.

  • whats the heaviest resistance band the ones your using look to light

  • Thanks a lot for the helpful tips ,Max.Best of luck.

  • My only reservation on ordering one is the damn sellers don't specify what type of payload range the band will produce. They're cheap enough but I don't want to buy a half dozen until I find one strong enough to produce bulk rather than sculpted lean mass.

I've seen identical models on ebay to the one you're using. I have a similar handle-less band but it's wimpy. The guys I see producing serious mass tend to have the really wide, long bands.

  • Max could you please do an upper body workout program using resistance bands. Which muscles to work on, on which days type thing. Your videos are the only fitness videos I watch. Excellent stuff thankyou!!!

  • you did like 3 things the wrong way.. i bet your elbows hurt and your shoulders give you problems too

  • @Stostatus actually no, I am injury free: I play beach-volleyball and surf almost every day and have never had shoulder issues. I skateboard pools and slam on my elbow all the time too, yet I do not have elbow problems. Sorry Mr. know-it-all, but you're WRONG!

  • patrick swayze

  • Hi MAX ! Are the resistance bands help you burn fat and gain muscles like yours ?

I like your workouts and your muscular body too !!!

  • Hey there, could you show some exercises with the bands or without the bands to rehab the AC joint (separated shoulder) where the Acromion attaches to the Clavicle?

You actually did show one exercise in the video @ 6:25 mark but would be curious to know of anything else you might have. Great vid!

  • if your trying to be a huge body builder then no. But it can help you add muscle. Their are handles that come with bands that are interchangeable up to 300 lbs

  • I break mine everytime, the handle just goes separates.

  • @Novinte id check out pro athletic bands. Ive never had these snap on me... they are pretty durable, in the gym, in the dirt outside wherever... tons of different tensions...no handles but wimps use handles anyways!!

  • By the way I really like your video and you should make some more!

  • @maxweiii The bodylastics resistance tubes have ability to increase the weight resistance via interchanging the tubes! So it is possible to increase muscle mass with the correct diet combined with the correct muscle failure routine. Muscle does not have eyes all it responds to the pressures you put on it and if you feed those microscopic tears in your muscles adequately after a workout you will grow! It's science!

  • @SinghDynamite I agree. TNT Lifeline Cables are also good resistance bands where you can add many pounds of resistance. Often times when people talk of resistance bands, they are using bands that really do not provide a lot of resistance.

It is like working with free weights. If you curl a 50 dumbell with no effort at all, is all dumbells useless? No, you just increase the amount of resistance. Same with resistance bands. Personally, I like using both free weights and resistance bands.

  • Awesome routine I'll def put this into use

  • The bands will NOT help you gain additional mass, but they will maintain what you already have, give you an amazing pump, make you more tone & ehance definition. They're also great for warming up, rehabbing an injury and finishing off for an awesome pump. Excellent to bring when traveling anywhere. The brand I use is HARBINGER. Do you all want me to make another resistance band video like this one? What muscle groups? Sincerely, Max Wettstein

  • @maxewiii have u tried the adjustable bands? I have some where you can switch the weights.

  • @maxewiii Wouldnt adding on more bands add the resistance and thus allow you to build muscle? I mean resistance is resistance, your body doesnt know if its a pully or a resistance band, so if you stack on enough resistance surely you will build muscle.

  • @maxewiii I had a question about the resistance bands. I am starting to workout more and more. I bought resistance bands and am looking for some exercises. It would be nice to have more videos but my question is can I get bigger from doing this? I am a small guy and looking to gain a little muscle and look good. Will this ultimately solve my goal? Can I look like you by increasing the strength of resistance? Just wondering, I don't know much man. Thanks.

  • @atreyulvr666 I really do not think you will be able to gain much additonal mass from resistance band training alone. the bands are excellent for mass-maintainance, toning, hardening, cutting, maximum pump effect at the end of a workout, great for warm up, great for rehab. Possibly if you add in an isometric squeeze at the peak of each contraction/rep you could. Best, Max Wettstein

  • @maxewiii Cool, thanks a lot man. I hope you put up another video sometime in the future.

  • Everyone questions that will the bands make you get bigger or will they get you ripped? Your forgetting that they are designed for working your muscles, size goals and definition will depend on your nutrition! So yes they can get help you get ripped or stack on size but without the correct diet no exercise tool in world will help you achieve your goals!

  • @SinghDynamite The bands will NOT help you gain additional mass, but they will maintain what you already have, give you an amazing pump, make you more tone & ehance definition. They're also great for warming up, rehabbing an injury and finishing off for an awesome pump. Excellent to bring when traveling anywhere. The brand I use is HARBINGER. Do you all want me to make another resistance band video like this one? What muscle groups? Sincerely, Max Wettstein

  • will this help to ger stronger like im not trying ot get bodybuilt off of it but just to get into a good upper body fitness for soccer cause i lack upper body strength but im not gonna lift yet cause im to young

  • Do resistance bands really help you get ripped or tone?

  • @wil109520 yeah u actually get stronger faster cause it burns and it uses your muscle's energy. better muscle stamina. i use to bench i came from135 to 205 when i just did weights for like 3 years. then i use restistant bands combined with dunbells and i jusmped 50 in a summer no lie. and i got more cutt. its for toning not size. weights are for more size than strength. more mass means more energy, then more u have to work with.

  • @wil109520 i think with resistance bands built the best ripped body

  • Comment removed

  • I train with resistance bands at least 2 days per week: Either to warm-up, pump-up, hotel/travel workout, or rehab an injury. I really do USE this training equipment!...Caveat, I did NOT however build my entire physique with one...crosstrain always! - Max Wettstein

  • @maxewiii What is the brand that you're using?

  • im not much of a sports guy but i do things like rollerblade and bike. PLUS i dont do a lot of weight training. If i use the resistance band as my total strength workout can i expect results like how you look right now?

  • @heavyarms39 NO: you will need at least one day per week of heavier resistance training either using your own body weight or actual weight-training.

  • 6:00 i do those but i twist my arm when i them not just straight up and down.

  • how many pounds of resistance does this band have?

  • Resistance bands are a great way to tone, but don't expect to bulk up without greater resistance training. Still, nice and inexpensive way to get a lot of results at home over time

  • Thanks max!

  • Great video! sick mini pipe too! I work out & have a halfpipe also but I live in NC. Thanks for the video ...Resistance bands are great!

  • Hey tnks for showing this iam going to return the Tower200 and just get regular bands thnks for this great tutorial

  • One thing is for sure he did not get his body using that thing.

  • Hi: Max I am a guy and I want to tone and have some muscle I don't want to BULK UP what is and how do you know what is a good weight to start with on the resistance bands. I have the TO bands and they are very nice and GREAT QUALITY I am just not sure what is good to start of with on the weight and how many reps should you do. Hope you can help me with this my e-mail also is ChrisSpendALot@aol.com

Hope you have a nice day Chris

  • Thanks so much for the tips. I had about 3 different exercises and like the variety that you do, going to try some of them. The band does work very well. I was doing weights but was having trouble with tight back muscles.

Thanks again for taking your time out.

  • what is the difference between lifting weights and the resistance band? besides what they are..

  • would you recommed just using this alone, or with other weight training routines. I play sports and am active, but can i do this or both this and work out at a gym?

  • @sportcrazy778 Both options are productive. The more you can change it up the better! You can definitely do both!

  • is this how you get YOUR chest muscles or did you do uther exercises

  • @KillaKam2013 I do a bunch of other exercises too, including a few sports. But this band is great for warming-up, injury-rehab, pumping up, travel fitness, and mass-maintenance between other workouts.

  • @KillaKam2013 bascially hes saying if you wanna look like him you wont get it from the resistance bands

  • thanks max i just brought one of these in jjb for 11.99 (GPB) it says level 3... so i dont no what tht means but i'm gonna have a go with these techniques for when im at home and not at the gym... thanks for the tips!

P.S .... how long it take you to get that body lol!

  • hey maxewii i have a question, when a band has a 100 pound resistance what does that mean? does it means it feels like 100 pounds from each side or what?

  • @fruizm NO: Its a progressive increase of resistance the more it is stretched: 100 lbs only when both handles are pulled simultaneously, at the peak point of resistance.

  • is there any defference cause i got the gold gym ones

  • do they have any specific resistance scales? How do i know which one to buy?

  • @GOPLATINUM10 they normally come in sizes: light, medium, strong or extra-strong. or: level 1, 2,3

  • my resistance bands are on the way lol...those suckers are ordered already..

  • You sort of remind of Chuck's awesome! And your lean muscular body is just that, awesome!

  • I train exclusively with resistance bands. I can get the set I have up to 240lbs. I will never go back to free weights! Great video, and thanks for the dead lift exercise.

  • wow ur body's awsome! does it hurt when u wax?

  • thanks, but you are kidding righ?! I do not wax and never have! You just can't see my light blonde body hair!

  • DUDE are you F*in awesome!

It's cool how you stay step on it and again lol

  • i find that resistance bands are great for any exercise regimen but dont do them alone try to add some bodyweight like chinups and dips ,you can use chains on your waist to increase resistance. bodylastics are good quality bands.

  • does it matter what kind of bands you get? i don't know which to get

  • so would these be a good replacement for dumbells, are they as effective as free weights?

  • I wouldn't say a replacement, but rather something to travel with & use when you can't make it to free weights, or for a great pump! Also for warm-up & rehab.

  • Great video man! I'm thinking about getting some of these bands since I've got no place for gym equipment and don't have the time to go to the gym all time. Can you lose some weight with these? I'll do some stationary bike riding as well, but would this be great at building muscle in my upper body? Let me know, thanks! 5*****

  • Hey Max! Thanks for the video- it really helped me. I weigh about 140-150ish and i have a lot of stomach fat. What is the best way to turn that into a 6 pack? I have been eating a lot healther and have been doing sit-ups, but that layer of fat just won't go away. Thanks!

  • run a lot. and DONT do any situps till youve ran for a couple months. siyups will just bulge your stomach out more, so until you do a lot of cardio work (like running, fast preferably) then you dont wanna work your abs too much

  • I'm sorry: thank you for contributing but there is not ANY type of ab-exercise that will "bulge your stomach out more" - that's known as 'roid-gut' & occurs from abuse of too many anabolic drugs. While sit-ups & crunches will not necessarily give you a 6-pack, they will NOT cause "bulging"!

  • @Kingkong875 cardio and diet

  • I find if the resistance isn't enough just hold a 5kg dumbell in each hand for some of the exercises. With the resistance of the band as well it can feel a whole load heavier.

  • thanks for that idea....i'm going to try that out

  • any suggestions for skinny guys who need to gain muscle?

  • you'll have to incorporate some weightlifting - basic barbell freeweight movements to begin with. Front-squats, military-press, cleans, benchpress, pull-ups, upright-rows!
