Kenn mich nicht besonders mit Rangarok aus, aber dein Teerrain ist wirklich gut, nur an steilen Hängen wird der Skin verzehrt. Hab auch das Problem mit den Schatten der Bäume, dass die eigentlich unsichtbaren (durch overlay) Sprites, in den Baum-Modellen den Schatten werfen. Wenn du grössere Level machen möchtest, würde ich dir Nebel oder halt das LOD- System empfehlen. Wenn ich dann mit meinen fertig bin werde ich auch mal ein video machen. (kann noch Wochen dauern)^^

zu der skinnverzerung kommt noch folgende tatsache hinzu:

hab die textur aus dem original game gescreenshoted. ergo, die textur war winzig.

die hab ich im terrain so vergrößert das es

super pixelig ist ;P sieht man bei der youtube quali net.

Kann auch deutsch ;P Dieses Programm muss man net lernen... ist recht einfach, ist ein Script Sprache die auf C aufbaut. Also net schwerer als coden... Außer du willst gescheite Spiele damit machen ^^ Ich hab nen Monat mit 3DGS herumgespielt bis Trial weg war, dann neuinstaliert und das gemacht was du im Video siehst. Gibts genügend Guides, Tuts und Infos ^^ Also nix weltbewegendes...

if u think "making all yourself" is using a editor

than ya. Made terrain with terrain Editor.

Made poring with MED and building with level editor from 3DGameStudio. Scripts with a normal notepad (normal texteditor).

The Warps (not in the Video, or very short) are

made with a particle Editor.

Enviroment models are downloaded.
