At least put up a link to the whole recording? This talk started out very positive, the non democratic process is harming the credibility of the EU. You had your confession right there!

If I assure you, he didn't say "that's what he said", or "I would never say" before that.. how exactly could that be "out of context"? It seems a little absurd to pass off what is obvious because you didn't hear the surrounding comments which couldn't in any way change his point.

Terrifyingly.. yes. Still not as bad as the claim in the debate with Farage by the MEP who claimed giving Germnay a referendum was a bad idea for democracy because it might not go their way!

Don't expect revelation, it was a "ukipmedia" video (watch?v=GZIR6qVejM0) and it was Joseph Daul (i think... could have been the speaker before or after, i haven't seen it in a while). It's the kind of comment you hear at the end of films like "Doomsday" that shock the entire country and change everything, but in reality no one in Germany cares that a politician is unmoved in claiming that their opinion conflicts with democracy.

I have been in contact with my local MP who is conservative and he has said that the Conservatives are going to hold a referendum on Europe. I beleive that as much as I believe in the tooth faries. It is a nice thought but it is just make believe. We have been sold out by the LIB LAB CON. Vote UKIP and save our soveriegnty. Let us put the Great back into Britain again.
