GUYS! MW3 servers are overloaded with how many people are trying to access ELITE. There are free applications from Elite, and there's the premium membership. What these dudes are talking about are the premium membership. To get it, use credit/debit/paypal card or MS Points. Put in MW3, go to MULTIPLAYER, scroll to ELITE, and follow the instructions. You don't need Elite to build a clan. Other than a few error messages from time to time, Elite works just fine for me.
