How is he "playing this wrong" if this sounds pretty damn close to the recording? I mean, really, if you can play it and make it sound like the song but not play it EXACTLY like Kirk may play it, KUDOS TO HIM! People are so uptight. And can they play this themselves? Probably not.

NOTE: people saying its wrong, when i played the intro riff, i hammer it on like they play it live. its different to how they do it on the album so thats the way i prefer

I have the entire song down right I guess you could say I'll have to post a video to show you but just most of the riffs are a little wrong the part were Kirk is soloing and James is doing that fast part is way off was the major thing but other then that it was pretty good

thanks :) a line 6 spider III lol. a lot of people hate this amp but i really like it :) set on the Metal settings with treble maxed, bass about half and mids a little less than half :)

its an epiphone but feels really similar to a real gibson. yes it is because it has a good wide neck, is good for playing riffs, but for soloing it is a bit of pain sometimes due ti the single cutaway.

But yes it is a good guitar for metal. A lot of metal guitarists have them. e.g. James Hetfield and Kirk Hammet of Metallica, In Flames and more.

actually metallica mainly use ESP's.

from time to time James uses Gibsons.

kirk uses ESP exclusively.

but mainly ESP's they have several ESP Signature models.

BTW. i actually like Epiphones much better than Gibsons.. they aren't overprized like gibson.

ESP can kill gibson for 1000$ less

yh i know they do. i was just saying that they use them. ESP's are awesome i know. James has loads of explorers and his 2 sigs and kirk has a lot too. I dont like the new esp explorers. after they got sued by gibson, they changed the shape but i didnt like it at all. im currently saving for a gibson explorer classic white :D
