The hologram looks like a reflection of another nearby chopper on the inside glass of the helicopters window through which the cameraman is filming. I might be wrong. Just my input.

Yes, I have seen those three; can we call them "the three 'holographic' dots"? Or are those military orbs for surveillance? @911stealth why do you assume it's the government that did it. Do you know WHY they "knew" about it, because they were conducting military excercises pertaining to a threat on the World Trade Center. Unfortunately their training just happened to become "real" also unfortunate the fact that due to the training excercises they became dumbfounded.
