@Pwnzistor wtf are u talking about. do you know how many major extinctions happened before humans had came here. people will die if anything, and the earth will live on. also when CO2 is put in the atmophere it terraforms the planet. plants need co2.... the earth goes through cycles with high and low temperatures every 12k years.

Earth hour is the worst thing anyone can do. When all these people turn their lights off at the same time for an hour, the computers at the power plants that regulate the power, suddenly don't know what to do when all of a sudden there's a sudden shut off, and if it's too many people turning off their power, then you risk a black out because the computer will shut everything down if it's too much. Then when everyone turns it all on, the power plants have to burn MORE energy to fire it all up.

I really don't mind bursting this bubble... But, any one buying what's being sold as a fight against GLOBAL WARMING is, quite simply, being duped. Duped, by the same corporations that are over fishing the shores of third world nations, destroying economies by mandating that under-developed nations not have control indigenous natural resources.
