@SUPERAOK100 You need to run as an Administrator. To do this. Type "CMD" in the "Search" section under your START button. Then wait for it to load/populate the list. Once this happens you can right click on the "CMD.EXE" and tell it to run as an Administrator.

You'll know you are plagued by this when you are constantly crashing back to Windows with the "APB_CATCHER.EXE" running. I tried this and it worked for a few hours without crashing, then, my game froze up, and my computer crashed, and after multiple tries I had to do a system restore to before i did this. Got really close to permanantly fucking up my computer lol. do this at your own risk :( you would think the devs would do something about this since a large portion of players are still 32bit.

This basicly increases the use of the RAM to 3GB. If you recently bought a computer with more than 4GB of RAM you wont need to do this and if you get this "Out of Memory" error, you should turn off Useless Processes in the Windows Task Manager.
