  • Once when my Mom & her sister were young, they decided to make fried chicken for supper. As the family set down to eat, everyone started pulling long dark hairs from their mouth!! When getting ready to flour, my Mom needed a paper bag, so she told her sister to go get one. Little did she know that her sister had picked up the bag with their HAIR CURLERS in it, dumped them out & brought it to her to use!!

  • I love boneless chicken fillets. I'll usually serve that for dinner once a week. Now for time sake, I'll slap on some barbecue sauce and leave it at that. But this looks absolutely delicious. I am definitely going to try this recipe. Thank you for showing it to us.

    (I do thank the gods for the creation of boneless skinless chicken boobs. I don't quite know how the chickens do it, but they sure make chicken dishes a WHOLE lot easier to deal with.)

  • Holy Schmolie!! Oh how I love FLAVOR and this one SCREAMS flavor! You had me with all the spices...add the fat and I would just drink it...who needs the chicken. Give it to me in shot glasses! Mmmm I will be trying this one!

  • Mine was especially rich because of the heavy cream. I should have stayed with the Half & Half. The taste is the same and without so much fat. Let me know if you do try it :-)

    I placed the Chicken Almondine on Spinach Fettuccini...had a fresh spinach salad, and fresh baked baguette bread! I'm stuffed! I sure wish I would have taken a picture of my plate for you. After smelling it cook, I just couldn't wait to taste it so didn't think of the camera until I was just about finished...lol xoxoxo

  • I think it would have been very attractive sititng on a bed of spinach fettuccini. Unfortunately, I had broccoli to use up so went with that, instead. Glad you liked it :-)
