This game is great! Very diferent feel then Modern Warfare 2. Killzone 2 feels more futuristic then military style combat. Wish they made an option to change the crosshair shape or color though. Also, load time takes forever. Anf finally, the respawn time is like8-10 seconds, way too long when we are into the heat of the action.
Overall, great game that encourages you to play lots online to frag and further your ranking and abilities.
I guess I just figure the right analog on the PS3 was made more for camera movement and platforming. Yet I haven't seen a good platformer on PS3. ...they just spent a lot of time on this One game. Which is ok, but... That right stick is wobbly and awkward for FPS. Right? I mean, headshots don't come easy with that kind of thing. This coming from a PC player...

PS3 =/= PC. I think that's pretty clear. You can't do 1/1000 of the things you can do on a PC. And the PS3 just takes shit from other consoles. "Trophies"? Achievements from the 360s. "Six Axis"? Wii motion Control. And, there's only about 3 good games on the PS3 that are exclusives. LBP, SOCOM, and MGS4. Any other good games (GTA IV, Call of Duty, Assassins Creed) I can just buy on my 360 which has better online and generally runs smoother. The only thing i find using my PS3 for now is blu-ray.

GFX card dont have the crunching power to support Folding project. Also GFX cards are not even 15% efficient . Also CELL dissipates energy at 250 gflops CONSTANT during folding home project. You will see that when u run the FH. PC processors wont have anything to rival KZ2 for atleast 5 - 6 years .
There is no theoretical number for CELL as when you run FH project 250 gflops is clearly displayed underneath which would be 50 gflops atmax for XENON or any PC processor. THose numbers are not done by anyone . Those are BS numbers. PS3s account for 80% of energy dissipation for FH. On average a PS3 setup is 18x more powerful than a PC setup . Resistance 2 is IMO, a decent game at best. Graphics are good, but the fire and explosions sometimes look like they came from PS2. Maybe Killzone 2 will be GOTY, but I'm 100% certain that Resistance 2 will not be GOTY. It's still a good shooter, but there are better. My bet is that Left 4 Dead will be game of the year. It's multiplatform.

PS3 =/= PC. I think that's pretty clear. You can't do 1/1000 of the things you can do on a PC. And the PS3 just takes shit from other consoles. "Trophies"? Achievements from the 360s. "Six Axis"? Wii motion Control. And, there's only about 3 good games on the PS3 that are exclusives. LBP, SOCOM, and MGS4. Any other good games (GTA IV, Call of Duty, Assassins Creed) I can just buy on my 360 which has better online and generally runs smoother. The only thing i find using my PS3 for now is blu-ray.

There is no theoretical number for CELL as when you run FH project 250 gflops is clearly displayed underneath which would be 50 gflops atmax for XENON or any PC processor. THose numbers are not done by anyone . Those are BS numbers. PS3s account for 80% of energy dissipation for FH. On average a PS3 setup is 18x more powerful than a PC setup . My PCs GPU has 1600 cells and i have 2 running in the same PC! ive never played gears. doesnt really interest me at all.
i feel that killzone has a unique style though. like its going for a very visceral and raw kind of experience. i think the only reason the first one didnt really do fantastic was the "halo killer" hype which was just way too big of a title to fill. and it ended up hurting the game.

Halo 3 wasnt any special and lagged as hell.
Cod 4 isnt that good, its hyped to the skies, it feels quite smoth most places, but thats it.
Best networking model is Resistance 2 moron.
Bungie dindt figure out how to get 60 players working, but insomniac did.

Hey garbage sucker...X360 costs less than a PS2 in most parts of the world. It is the cheapest console in the world and also the least selling . It is selling only in USA because of recession. X360 has no game except overrrated crap. PS3 has all the best games which are exclusive. I cant wait to play Mass effect 2 on my PS3. DEAD BOX 360 is a dead console . dont even talk about it and its mediocre games. All games on Crap box 360 mega flopped this year except Gears2.However PS3 had 3 awesome games this year --Resistance 2, LBP and MGS4

Who do people give a fuck about graphics? Gears 2 looks fucking pretty, but the gameplay shits on anything I have ever played on the PS3. The PS3 CoD 4 is like the 360 version. But Halo's core gameplay is way better than anything out at the moment, Halo 3 was a massive improvment in online gaming on consoles, and has one of the best networking models ever. You keep you PS3, i'll keep my 360.

Resistance 2 is IMO, a decent game at best. Graphics are good, but the fire and explosions sometimes look like they came from PS2. Maybe Killzone 2 will be GOTY, but I'm 100% certain that Resistance 2 will not be GOTY. It's still a good shooter, but there are better. My bet is that Left 4 Dead will be game of the year. It's multiplatform.

well i think 60 players will be fun whatever you say and u say 30 on 30 but since its squad based its more like a lot of 6v6 battles

Neither of those has reviewed Gears 2 yet. you just made that up. The only review out there right now seems to be Official X-box magazine UK who give it 90. Check metacritic for all the reviews as they come in but ignore the user scores as they're always brought down by fanboys!

lol yeah gears is fun ( gfunner then resistance 1 ) r1's mutliplayer was shit but this one is alot better and much improved with the 8 player co - op its just intence and mad and a seperate story resistance has a lot more replay valuability stop arguing zip it u can say things but no argue! no no =p ( i sounded like a foreigner then ) yh i subbed 2 you and we'll have a sensible chat when they come out :D

Killzone 2 is going to be amazing, but I would respect your opinion more if you owned both consoles. Gears of war 2 is going to be amazing, it got rated a 9.7 by alot of people. Gears of war 2 will be better then R2 but not Killzone 2.
