@molavesuperman, that makes no sense. Mutombo, Kareem and Olajuwon, to name a few, are fare ahead of Wallace in total number of blocks and blocks per game. So of course he's not a better shot blocker than any of them.

Wallace was a great player, amazing D, but people here have some really absurd claims. No Ben isn't the greatest center of all time, no he really isn't up there with Bill Russell as the greatest defensive force, and no he obviously isn't the greatest shot blocker of all time.

When Dwight Howard blocks a shot he sends the ball to out of bounds. Maybe if he wasn't such a big showoff he might help his team put points by creating fast breaks from blocked shots. This is one example of the team that used to be so interesting but sucked because of the stupid trades....... if Billups and Sheed weren't traded, I'm sure that Detroit will still raise to the top.
