armed road-side robbery? so let me get this straight, we are allowed lawfully break the laws of the road and not get reap the consequences of our actions? and when we do get punished, the law enforcement is at fault? dude thats like a child who broke a vase telling its the parents its their fault because they bought a vase. this has been your brain-check.... you failed.
@eajjoutlaw Thank you for providing me with the humorous experience of being "brain-checked" by a person with the grammar skills of a third grade student.
@AustinW90 your going to judge my intelligence the way I type? Did I ever do such a thing to you? No, I don'th think so, cupcake. however with such a disrespectful manner you've earned your disrespect from me. I merely corrected you you want be disrespectful thats fine you can troll all you want. At least I make a better living, and am more socially respectful and knowledgable for that matter. Thats ok though, your denial is the most humorous thing here! :-)
Still, in all the places I've lived thus far, I have NEVER, EVER seen as many (multiple) traffic stop, car searches as I have since I moved to the state of Florida. Something isn't right here, and any gesture to prevent these individuals from ruining lives must be appreciated. I'm sure this woman did.
so basically you're harassing people. You're like the paparazzi. Whoever was in that car, you made their inconvenience even longer because your ego needed stroking. Nice!
whoah, we got ourselves a badass over here... Calls himself a hero! You're certainly free to label yourself however you want. However, I'm also free to call you a narcissistic self-important d-bag who harasses people with a video camera and blocks them from replying to his comments. Discourse only goes one way, as in your way! Yet another incredibly juvenile and schizoid trait.
@AustinW90 delete disparaging comments all you want, it's the internet... You have no choice but to deal with alternative opinions to yours. You're a narcissistic douche bag. Get help.
Austin... it's time to grow up and put big boy pants on. Quit being a immature little bitch and deal with it, the police are there doing their job, while you suck the life out of the wel-fare system. AS for the person who got a ticket, they are using their privilege to drive, and when they abuse that privilege, on purpose or not, they must be held accountable for their actions. Fags like you are why people get tasered.
I mean, nice try, but next time try to not include the dramatic translations from the oh-so-evil Clermont Police Department. Leave people alone and let them do their jobs. Traffic citations are deterrents. If you overlook all of them because they are victimless, then people would stop caring and then they start turning into crimes with victims. Next time, show cops beating people rodney king style in the streets for no reason. Or a video of cops doing ACTUAL dirty things.
Complete and total garbage. This video has absolutely no substance. You're pretty much heckling a police officer doing their job because you had nothing to do on a Tuesday morning.
The cop mentions officer safety and in your mind that translates to "I need to justify how to shoot you and get away with it." She made a very good point. Tab out of your Occupy whatever videos and videos of police being dirty and look at dash cams of cops where routine traffic stops have turned into shoot outs.
Also the naration with the video does not at all match the situation. I would have to say the person who made this video is either immature at best, but I think they may actually have some mental problems (delusional). Apparently the filmers idea of reality is mismatched by their perception given the verbal dialogue and the (internal dialogue) as depicted in text.
There are plenty of examples of abuse on youtube, but this clip is another example of paranoia and delusion of reality.
How come whenever a cop makes a mistake or abuses his power, everybody goes on strike and hates cops, but whenever a cop does something good (which is everyday) nobody cares? It seems America just WANTS enemies. They just want a reason to be mad at authority like police officers.
Good video, it s the perfect example how to piss of a somehow still halfway decent cop , it s good to film them & to claim your rights, no doubt about that, but there should be the awareness that not all cops are TSA agents & that at the end of the day a nice lady like that is tired of discussing any rights with you when it would really be of importance. A cop like that, as well all other decent ones, should be treated with the amount of kindness & friendliness you treat your fellow man with.
@AustinW90 well then u saw sth not shown on the vid, i didn t see humiliate&100s USD changing the owner, treating ALL people fairly as long they treat u that way sould be normal, being aggressive against sby just because he/she is wearing a uniform is just another form of racism, and yes DECENT COPS PULL PEOPLE OVER, check the papers and say goodbye if everything is OK, happened to me often enough, german saying: how you shout into the forest it ll sound back ;-) if u get what i mean
@panjab1001 True-that - have always enjoyed talking to cops as real human beings - - as long as they don´t abuse their power... The lady in black seems like a good-natured person!
If so, you need to grow up a little and not be so paranoid. Officers get killed over routine traffic stops like this- The person filming is a distraction that is not needed for their own safety, the officers, and the person pulled over.
Having said that, I am not against filming the stop and neither were the officers. They only pointed out a safe distance. It's not like they came over and tried to confiscate, mace, or intimidate. Grow up
@largestones you are right, i have no idea why the guy with his car got stopped, for no reason at all or why he was speeding through the streets, but i am sure you talked to the guy and know why he was stopped. as a parent i would personally be happy for peace keepers to keep the peace and stop speeding idiots in housing areas as i am strongly opposed to stop and control people for no reason. OVER HERE YOU CAN T SAY WHY HE GOT STOPPED, OR CAN YOU???
@panjab1001 You have missed the point I was making. You dont have first hand knowledge that the individual stopped was speeding. He/she may have been stopped for some other reason and, all of them are about raising money as your police forces are "self funded".
This mens, that they introduce statutes (not real laws) to stop or pull people over and fine them (citation). You do not seem to understand that police are paid by people to serve them in that capacity and no other.
@largestones yep, you are right, seems you missed my point too :-) never mind, the thing is one can t see or hear why the car was stopped, so i agree with filming the cops, they should behave properly and act as peoples servants, not their prison guards, but proper behaviour is a a 2-lane street, i didn t understand why jump (verbally) the friendly lady copper, it could be that they stopped the car to serve the people (neighbourhood) (because of speeding?), couldn t it?
@panjab1001@largestones I think the officers handled this very well. I would be a little on edge if somebody walked directly towards me with clear aim in my dirction holding a camera filming me!
Then when asking the civil question of "can I help you?" The response is with a confrontation "NO!'"
I can understand the officers concern for the filmer especially when he says "Are you going to shoot me!?!"
I would wonder about the filmers mental status if someone responds that way
@panjab1001 Yeah, I agree. This cop lady wasn't psychopathic. The camera guy definitely has an attitude which probably hurts our overall cause. We want the cops to come over to our side, not become polarized against us because we act all surly.
i think we need more people like this man that filmed this video to remind police officers that they are not above the law they are there to serve the law

@seefx No, I'm performing a heroic civic duty. The police were less likely to fuck that woman over and I probably saved her from a vehicle search.
