I really like this. I'd really like to hear any progression with it. It is very catchy and it's easy to hear cool it will be with more music. I can hear a R&B spin on it as well as the bluesy/rock way you want to go with it.

I write mostly soft rock or jazzy songs. I compare my style to the likes of Eric Clapton

Cat Stevens, or more recently Ne-Yo. My brother has a band and I used to write some songs for him but I havent in a while. I also played bass for him since I was 7 but Im tired of being in big brothers shadow. So, now I only play for me and Kat, my cat.

I really like this song. I have seen all your videos and your website and I must say you do have some raw talent and potential. One thing though, aren't you woried about pursuing a music career in the middle of a recession? The music industry is a dangerous one, but in the middle of a depression when there's no money to be spent on entertainment, it can ruin people; That's why I got out. Now I play and write for myslef and for fun, not for money. Why don't you do the same?

Thanks for your comment Andrew. I'm not too worried about trying out for a music career because I always have my daytime job to fall back on in case. The economy will always have it's ups and downs but fans always find a way to come out and see you or get a copy of your record. I'm already playing and writing for the fun of it, so it's time to get my songs out to more people. I'd rather try and fail than regret not trying at all. What kind of songs do you write?
