Transform-Rage Glitch is pro. i got a Transforming Blissey using it, and then tested it in double battle with a max Def/max SpDef Shuckle against my friend! i beat 5 of his 6 pokemon with just Blissey transformed as Shuckle.
@AQBBFMROCKS the team i use can heal itself quite well - recover, softboiled, aromatherapy - that saves a lot of CP for paying for HP recovery. also, i used PP maxes on every move, so i very rarely have to restore PP (but sometimes do if one of the tanks has to use its recovery move a lot in a couple of battles). have a close look at some of my castle videos - you could try a similar strategy.
@trollgott666 have a look at my videos about the mimic/rage glitch. you only learn mimic once, but it's part of a complicated procedure that allows you to learn rage and three other (more useful) moves.
@trollgott666 all FR machops will have guts on the DS games. when you evolve it it has a 50% chance of changing to no guard (so make sure you don't migrate it as a machamp). if you're unable to clone the machop before migrating, i'm afraid it will just be a 50/50 thing, and you might waste the move tutor if it doesn't work.
How did you breed that shiny Machop in Emerald? If I remember correctly, shininess is determined the same moment when nature and ability are determined, which is when the guy steps out of the fence - not when the IVs are determined, by pressing A when getting the egg.
Was it just sheer luck, or am I wrong and is there a reliable way to RNG shininess onto the eggs in Emerald?

@WhynotRT i worked out how to rng abuse for shininess on emerald. there's a guide for it on smogon - i can't give the link here, but you can google it. it requires an emulator.

@KillaTequilla83 no, you get BP in between rounds, but i just edited those bits out. after 170 battles, you get 10BP per set of 10 (might actually be 12BP - it's been a while since i've played) - it's the most efficient way to harvest BP i can think of.

what an amazing strategie but when I restart my emerald to get mimic on a machop and transfer it to platinum it never gets the ability no guard! is it bad luck or it will never get no guard?

@Blu3Pr0ducti0n5 Machamp aswell as its evolutionary family can have the ability no guard which means all pokemon within the battle will never miss (that is machamp and any partners it has in double/tripple battles aswell as the opponant's pokemon) therefore despite the low accuracy of sheer cold (you're level-opponants level+30) it will never miss.
(in generation 5 Kaburumo, Gobitto and Goruggu has no guard as their hidden/dream world ability)
The uploader made this video to show off a glitch which he's already made a video of. the glitch allows any pokemon to learn any move...machamp can not learn sheercold through any method other than the glitch.
It's safe to assume that the reason why machamp can't learn any OHKO moves is because alot of people would abuse this glitch to oblivion

@BozoTheBear u can also capitalize on the cloning glitch too as many people have but it's not in the natural game play. there are other glitches people have found like mew and missingno but they're only exploitations. I like the idea of getting revenge on the battles towers gay 1 hit ko garbage but come on you even have perfect iv's which is nearly impossible. when you can teach moves that aren't natural to a pokemon it can make them op. kinda like belly drum aqua jet azuremarill.
@486PokeMan that's the idea. the game throws crap at you, and here's me throwing similar crap back at it. the machamp was bred using RNG abuse, hence the shininess and perfect IVs. not to mention cloned before migrating etc etc etc (i prob used cloned PP maxes to up the PP of its moves too). at the end of the day it may not be your kettle of fish, but that's why i did it, and not you.
belly drum + aqua jet azumarill is awesome. but not as awesome as belly drum extreme speed snorlax :p
@BozoTheBear well both those builds for azure and snorlax are op. i'd still favor the azumarill because no one can resist it and it's either 1x, 2x or 4x effective. snorlax is always 1x and he can't hit a gengar or any other ghost. just think 400+ power becomes 1600+ so even if you switch in a kingdra the kingdra gets hit by a 60 damage at 400+ power. to another water pokemon it's like a 120 damage move at 400+.. thank god Azumarill can breed belly drum or aqua jet but can't legitly get both.
@multigamer234 you can change to a different pokemon of the same type (in my case i used several different machamp movesets), but you cant change species - eg use machamp to beat normal types, then charizard to beat grass types, etc..
ok, so I just tried this; Sheer Cold is INSANE! And equipped with Choice Scarf, machamp attacks first more often; even if he doesn't Machamp can usually withstand a hit or two and then completely destroy the foe with sheer cold.
If you REALLY want to hack a No Guard Sheer Cold user, hack a Jolly Shedinja + Focus Sash with No Guard and Sheer Cold. You don't need Speed Boost when you have a 160 base speed...

Meganium is gathering sunlight i use ice beam and its 2 health?"the foes meganium was frozen solid" i use ice beam again the foe meganium thawed out, meganium is gathering sun! I won with ice beam!

@Clear1 probably! and look at the video of my doubles team - you could easily put zapdos/etc as the 4th poke just for the 50th match. many of the ribbons involve doubles, but the trickiest would be the one where you have to link up with the computer..
Should try Choice Scarf. Most sturdy pokes are hit for Super Effective against Machamp's Dynamic Punch. There shouldn't be a Pokemon faster than Machamp w/ CS and most priority doesn't KO him :D
@razharash first time i did this facility the brain used lapras in her first match (against my salamence). at the time i had choice band on my salamence but this battle made me decide to switch to focus sash. it went like this:
@imapedarsag bullet punch is incompatible with some of my movesets, as you can only get 3 moves (plus rage) with the mimic-rage glitch - but yes i would have prefered ice shard or bullet punch over the other priority moves as they all have immunities to worry about. as for worry seed, it does precisely the same thing as gastro acid in terms of just getting rid of the sturdy ability.
the only thing is i wish i'd chosen sing over spore lol :)
@Krisipoke when a machop caught in a third gen game is transfered to a fourth gen game AND THEN EVOLVED, there is a 50% chance of the ability changing. you should try it if you don't believe it.
Hmmm... interesting. The only type of glitch I support is the cloning glitch on Emerald, mainly to clone my shinies for safety purposes and have them on multiple games. But it's your game, so do as you please :) I got frustrated with the Battle Factory, could only get 29 wins.
@shinycollector7 - how about the GTS cloning glitch? personally, i think the cloning glitches are nice, because all they allow you to do is share with your friends, or as you say make back-up copies - like so you can keep a copy untrained/unevolved, and evolve another copy. this one is a far more game-breaking glitch and so, while it is "legal" in the sence that you can do it, it is clearly not in the spirit of how they intended the games to be played. (same can be said for cloning i guess).
@BozoTheBear Well I never got into GTS cloning. I heard it's risky too. I personally still slightly regret cloning my shinies... even though I worked very hardfor them. I just have issues accepting it. It's just how I'm used to playing the games (without cloning). As for getting Pokemon without moves they can normally learn, I personally think that's borderline cheating. But that's just my opinion.
@boosman23456789 - it was born with guts in emerald. if you breed a machop in emerald, then palpark it and evolve it in a 4th gen game, there is a 50% chance its ability will change to no guard. this goes for all pokemon who had a new ability introduced in diamond/pearl (eg poochyena, tangela).

@Blu3Pr0ducti0n5 Machamp aswell as its evolutionary family can have the ability no guard which means all pokemon within the battle will never miss (that is machamp and any partners it has in double/tripple battles aswell as the opponant's pokemon) therefore despite the low accuracy of sheer cold (you're level-opponants level+30) it will never miss.
(in generation 5 Kaburumo, Gobitto and Goruggu has no guard as their hidden/dream world ability)

The uploader made this video to show off a glitch which he's already made a video of. the glitch allows any pokemon to learn any move...machamp can not learn sheercold through any method other than the glitch.
It's safe to assume that the reason why machamp can't learn any OHKO moves is because alot of people would abuse this glitch to oblivion

@majorsmask I know it was a glitch, but I didn't know what No Guard does, thus rendering me too the stupidest one here. Although, it was genius in the first place I think he wasn't showing-off. I'd call it Vengence.

@brianphantana04 shininess is a separate step, so yes you can use RNG-abuse to obtain flawless nonshiny pokemon as well.

@BozoTheBear u can also capitalize on the cloning glitch too as many people have but it's not in the natural game play. there are other glitches people have found like mew and missingno but they're only exploitations. I like the idea of getting revenge on the battles towers gay 1 hit ko garbage but come on you even have perfect iv's which is nearly impossible. when you can teach moves that aren't natural to a pokemon it can make them op. kinda like belly drum aqua jet azuremarill.

@486PokeMan that's the idea. the game throws crap at you, and here's me throwing similar crap back at it. the machamp was bred using RNG abuse, hence the shininess and perfect IVs. not to mention cloned before migrating etc etc etc (i prob used cloned PP maxes to up the PP of its moves too). at the end of the day it may not be your kettle of fish, but that's why i did it, and not you.
belly drum + aqua jet azumarill is awesome. but not as awesome as belly drum extreme speed snorlax :p

@BozoTheBear well both those builds for azure and snorlax are op. i'd still favor the azumarill because no one can resist it and it's either 1x, 2x or 4x effective. snorlax is always 1x and he can't hit a gengar or any other ghost. just think 400+ power becomes 1600+ so even if you switch in a kingdra the kingdra gets hit by a 60 damage at 400+ power. to another water pokemon it's like a 120 damage move at 400+.. thank god Azumarill can breed belly drum or aqua jet but can't legitly get both.

@multigamer234 you can change to a different pokemon of the same type (in my case i used several different machamp movesets), but you cant change species - eg use machamp to beat normal types, then charizard to beat grass types, etc..

ok, so I just tried this; Sheer Cold is INSANE! And equipped with Choice Scarf, machamp attacks first more often; even if he doesn't Machamp can usually withstand a hit or two and then completely destroy the foe with sheer cold.

If you REALLY want to hack a No Guard Sheer Cold user, hack a Jolly Shedinja + Focus Sash with No Guard and Sheer Cold. You don't need Speed Boost when you have a 160 base speed...

@125meadowbrook any given machop will always evolve to the same thing. but if you evolve 100 different machops (from emerald) about 50 will get no guard, and 50 will keep guts.

You would not believe my reaction to just the title of this video.
I started laughing like I was insane (like with a high voice and loudly,) got off my chair in the same fit of laughter, and fell on my bed and continued rolling around and laughing for about another half a minute. I just now thought of it again and fell back into my chair again, saying "Sheer Cold Machamp" slurred, with the same high and loud voice.
True story. I swear to god. That was the best nerdgasm ever. My god, that rocked.

@Clear1 probably! and look at the video of my doubles team - you could easily put zapdos/etc as the 4th poke just for the 50th match. many of the ribbons involve doubles, but the trickiest would be the one where you have to link up with the computer..

Should try Choice Scarf. Most sturdy pokes are hit for Super Effective against Machamp's Dynamic Punch. There shouldn't be a Pokemon faster than Machamp w/ CS and most priority doesn't KO him :D

@razharash first time i did this facility the brain used lapras in her first match (against my salamence). at the time i had choice band on my salamence but this battle made me decide to switch to focus sash. it went like this:
1. outrage - not quite a KO. blizzard - misses!!
2. outrage for the KO.

@imapedarsag bullet punch is incompatible with some of my movesets, as you can only get 3 moves (plus rage) with the mimic-rage glitch - but yes i would have prefered ice shard or bullet punch over the other priority moves as they all have immunities to worry about. as for worry seed, it does precisely the same thing as gastro acid in terms of just getting rid of the sturdy ability.
the only thing is i wish i'd chosen sing over spore lol :)

@Krisipoke when a machop caught in a third gen game is transfered to a fourth gen game AND THEN EVOLVED, there is a 50% chance of the ability changing. you should try it if you don't believe it.

Hmmm... interesting. The only type of glitch I support is the cloning glitch on Emerald, mainly to clone my shinies for safety purposes and have them on multiple games. But it's your game, so do as you please :) I got frustrated with the Battle Factory, could only get 29 wins.

@shinycollector7 - how about the GTS cloning glitch? personally, i think the cloning glitches are nice, because all they allow you to do is share with your friends, or as you say make back-up copies - like so you can keep a copy untrained/unevolved, and evolve another copy. this one is a far more game-breaking glitch and so, while it is "legal" in the sence that you can do it, it is clearly not in the spirit of how they intended the games to be played. (same can be said for cloning i guess).

@BozoTheBear Well I never got into GTS cloning. I heard it's risky too. I personally still slightly regret cloning my shinies... even though I worked very hardfor them. I just have issues accepting it. It's just how I'm used to playing the games (without cloning). As for getting Pokemon without moves they can normally learn, I personally think that's borderline cheating. But that's just my opinion.

@boosman23456789 - it was born with guts in emerald. if you breed a machop in emerald, then palpark it and evolve it in a 4th gen game, there is a 50% chance its ability will change to no guard. this goes for all pokemon who had a new ability introduced in diamond/pearl (eg poochyena, tangela).
