whats so good about the m10 motors compared to the m40? i just got a 89 318i and would like to do some prefomance upgrade and would like to know what to do exactly if anyone can help.

@edmonton420 daaaaa haha how can u get soo amped about this engine! it puts out like a queef amount of power.. yeaaa shot 1000bhp with all internals stripped to shit bored out and probli no spool till like 13th gear. if ur gunna stick up 4 bmw, stick up for the 6 cyl. engine. the 4 cyl is jst embaressing.. go test drive an RB and thats where true power is born.. RBs r the real motors to handle 1000bhp on stock internals
