Maybe you don't understand; the people may be helping the bear. Would you want predators to eat the baby bear or people to help it? It's just a coincidence that the bear is just scared of everything because it may be in a new environment. DUH! Oh, don't worry about me I have plenty, but I don't know about you.
This video may seem funny at first, but really, its seems to me that this poor bear is suffering from insecurity- particularly when it saw the shadow. Im not 100% sure, but the bear could develop stress and further anxiety and thus risk heart attacks/health issues if its constantly being experimented like this. Cruel from the bears perception. =\
