actually for singing, i think maybe tank can sing slightly better! but for rapping obvious jay is better alot! and jay compose music also much moe better!
tank and jay are both really good, singers sound the best when they are singing their own songs, cuz the original singers set bar for the song, no one else can surpass that
he seems lyk he was softly mumbling the lyrics of the rap parts dat he couldnt take instead,not dat the music is too loud..Look at how loud he went at the beginnin of the song,lolx^^

i agree jay sings this song better but duh he would as its his song. I still prefer Tank over Jay any day though.

If you guys ever watch Jay's video on guidelines to sing his songs. He'd tell you he mumbled through his rap part too=) Tank did it Jay's style.
