When you juice a lot you don't get any fiber so after a few days your going to be "Empty". The fruit will clear you out. The best thing to do while your on a juice fast is to mix up bananas in a blender with some raw oats like muesli or prunes. This will help you pass the stuff thats in your gut and promote good bacteria. I use oatmeal and bananas and it works pretty good.

Damn, chimps also average about 12 hrs sleep per night. It's already late, day & life-wise for me. Eating more greens is making me feel better, tho sleep is about as important
she is a little overweight, but she lost a lot of weight! When i went raw my weight stabalized and i was still 20 pounds overweight. Maybe too much fat (raw) in diet. But if she says she is raw, you bet- she is raw - because she is real! She does not lie. A very lovely woman.

Human beings, on the other hand, need lots of CALORIES, which are only present in small amounts per large amounts of greens. We also need amino acids, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, and some fats and proteins. If you eat 800 calories of greens a day and no salt, you cannot get fat, unless you are bloated.
@Kamadev888 Has Victoria made the claim that she is only consuming 800 calories a day? She's mentioned in the past that she is a volume eater. I can easily see how someone could gain weight if they consumed a volume of nuts, bananas, avocados, greens, etc.

If she's a volume eater of nuts and fruits (especially if she eats nuts in the same meal as fruits), then it's incredibly EASY to gain fat (in fact it's almost impossible not to do so.)

a cow's energy requirements come from the volatile fatty acids that are produced when bacteria break down the cellulose of the plant matter. This is around 70% of it's diet, the rest of its diet comes from the microbe bodies themselves, providing all the amino acids that a cow needs. the cow survives on an atkins type ketogenic diet. Question... is there a concern when making green drinks that you might be diluting the enzymes by adding water. I've tried green drinks and felt constipated, which is the opposite of what I expected. Any advice is appreciated.
What was your recipe? Constipation can result from a number of things that may directly or indirectly to your green drink. I also may be a part of cleansing. Add some ingredients to you drink that stimulates digestion... cayenne, ginger, cinnamon as well as a bit of ground flax seed or health raw cold pressed oils.
2 cups water, kale or spinach, an apple or two and, occasionally but not always, ginger. I didn't really notice a difference when I added ginger, but I don't know that I did it often enough to give it a fair triel... usually I didn't put ginger in.
@ParkerAllen2 What you said makes no sense. The enzymes IN the fruits and veg are for turning the raw starches into sugars. They have nothing to do with digestion. It is not possible that you are getting constipated by diluting juice thus affecting enzymes. What you may need is a time period of adjustment to get used to more high fibre foods. Blending green smoothies is a great start as it keeps the fibre intact and stabilizes blood sugar as it's digested, unlike juice.
