@13jam100 Anytime you install anything from Micro$oft, you will need to read the fine print to see if it's installing the Bing Toolbar as well. MS is trying to push this toolbar on everyone.
@BillKnoch oh !!! do you still have it ? i can help you get rid of it!!!! ur see if this works~~~ go to Tools on the top of the screen.... go to add ons... and find the ~ start now tool bar ~ and disable it ~ if that icon isn,t there sorry!!!
ya ive done this 7 times it keeps loading back on my pc threw windows update cant keep it off my pc any answer would be helpfull

@violetrockstar260 I would suggest running an Anti-Malware program such as Malwarebytes.

If you cannot find the uninstaller, then you can disable the toolbar in IE under Tools\Manage Addons
