Thank you for your kind remarks. This video is essentially a demonstration of DCC sound. The display of the layout is secondary. More than one loco would complicate the demonstration.

The Hymek had highly realistic pull away there! These are my favourite layouts, a station a viaduct and hillsides and multiple running lines allowing stopping trains and fast goods and passenger trains to scream through. i miss the days of class 50s and rakes of blue and grey mk1s and 2 coaches.

Very good, though the sound of carriage doors slamming is eerily missing.

Also, you need to find a way to stop the signal arm coming down like a Chinese karate chop!

The steam engine makes a little bit funny noise, doesn't it? I mean, when it has some speed. Standing at the platform, and stopping and accelerating, it was really nice, too.
