Me and 2 of my friends finished this game in a sleep-over... even though ONE OF US "COUGH COUGH* put herself in a bubble in almost every stage xD

It was a lot of fun though, just racing across the screen trying to dodge canonballs while leaving other players behind so that they''ll lose a life *sigh*

this game isn’t about graphics. We don’t expect to see breakthrough graphics when playing Mario Bros, we expect classic gameplay, and that was always the case with Mario games.

This game is okay, its fun to play with friends.

The bosses are WAAAAAY too easy.

Also the powerups seem to be designed so that one of your friends eats them all, or half of them :D

But the game is fun to play with a few friends, kinda boring soloplay.

YAY this game is almost released. Does anyone know if this game has GC controller support? Also about LBP, yeah it's very good but mario games are the ones who inspired Mm(and other companies). Now the unique feature of LBP is customization(besides grab), which is awesome if you know how to handle. The rest comes from mario. I would say these two games are almost at the same level, but mario games bring up a nostalgia sense which of course is a bonus, and LBP doesnt have this yet.

Italians have moustaches. A moustache was a graphical must to seperate the face of Mario in the 80's. Without a mustache he would look very odd in the low resolution. The plumbing idea was a perfect excuse for a quick way to travel between places quickly by simply going through pipes.

The classics never needed any of that stuff, and they manage to be some of the best games ever made. This game reverts to the tried-and-true Mario formula that everyone loves. Plus, how can you even say that LBP is better when this game isn't even out yet?

Mario wasn't the first 2-D platformer, but he set the precedents that many modern 2-D games use today.

LBP is only critically aclaim by its customization, but nothing else. mario has the charm, the gameplay and nostalgia.
